We took the train to different cities often so being close to train station was great. Room was fine, but could have been a little bit bigger. Bed and pillows were very comfortable with the hotel living up to name. Breakfast was great but expensive.

Room too small
A modern, very clean and well presented hotel. The room was spacious enough and included a comfortable chair and a desk. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Having a room safe and mini fridge were great features. The hotel is in a side street close to the cathedral so in a fairly quiet area. It is easy walking distance to the Grand Place, palace, parks and the Central Station. Very close to metro. Helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay.
Noise from other guests in the corridors returning late and inconsiderate of other guests - talking loudly, etc. A lot of civil works going on in the central station and cathedral area made finding the hotel quite difficult upon arrival at the station. Brussels public transport is a bit complicated and confusing as the metro/trams and trains require separate and different types of ticketing.
