Nossa experiência foi excelente! O hotel superou nossas expectativas.

O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Fomos muito bem recepcionados desde a nossa chegada, especialmente pelo recepcionista brasileiro, que foi extremamente simpático, atencioso.

O quarto era muito confortável e estava sempre limpo e organizado todos os dias. O aquecedor funcionou perfeitamente, o que foi essencial durante os dias frios, e o Wi-Fi também funcionou muito bem durante toda a viagem.

Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui e recomendamos o hotel para quem visitar Mendoza!

Lindo lugar, se podría anunciar mucho mejor.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el ingreso no es complicado.

Cons:

Tuve el problema de que el primer día al ducharme me quedé sin agua caliente casi de inmediato, y la habitación dice que es insonorizada pero se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y de otras habitaciones. Por otro lado es un poco incómodo tener que avisar un día antes a qué hora tomaremos el desayuno. El apartamento era en primer piso y no hay acceso desde la cochera (subterránea) al mismo por ascensor, solo por escalera y al consultar sobre esto me comentan que los apartamentos de esta (categoría) no tienen acceso a la cochera por ascensor. Así y todo hay que abonar u$s15 más por día por la cochera.

Cons:

El Water y el bidet necisitan mantenimiento, estaba flojo. La tele muyyyy antigua, funcionaba horrible la señal, los colores se veían en rojo y negro , con interferencia abundante, el control no funcionaba. Había una sola almohada por persona. El cambio de toalla día por medio es lamentable, RECOMENDAMOS el cambio diario de toallas.

Apartamento muy espacioso y confortable. Muy bien calefaccionado y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin inconvenientes. El personal muy atento, dispuesto a resolverte cualquier solicitud. El desayuno muy rico y variado.
