Pros:

The outside and jacuzzi and that I could get Starbucks coffee and the beds are so comfortable and everything is so clean

Cons:

The service desk girl got rude with my bf , but the breakfast girl that ran the food place was wonderful

We were under the impression that breakfast was free when booking. Which it was not. Also wasn't available before we checked out.

Cons:

No mirror in the rooms. No breakfast for early risers.

Mon séjours s'est bien passé, merci
Pros:

L'emplacement était très bien, juste à côté des supers restaurants et un mall.
La salle de bain n'était pas bien nettoyée, particulièrement le lavabo.
Contrairement à d'autres hôtels, le nettoyage n'est pas passé pendant tout mon séjours.

Cons:

c'est un hôtel, donc il faut que le standing des hôtels soient respecté. l'hôtel est différent d'un Airbnb, donc on s'attend à ce que les équipes de nettoyage passent tous les jours.
Le Concierge de Soir, on peut faire un peu d'effort.
