Great Place to stay in Istanbul
Pros:

The Hotel Amira is well located in the old district. walking distance to all the sites, like the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Haghia Sophia, Arasta Bazaar, etc. The staff is fabulous and so helpful whenever I needed directions or had questions. They are always eager to help. The breakfast is fabulous and very interesting to watch, with an experienced Turkish mom who knows how to make their traditional Gozleme. The rooms are very clean. The only reason I gave them a 4 is that we had a very uncomfortable, hard, and lumpy bed; fortunately, we were able to change rooms, which made our sleeping experience better.

Lovely lovely lovely.
Pros:

Lovely stay/lovely staff. We’ve stayed all over the world and this hotel let us choose our room and treated us like family. Small but workable fitness room, spotlessly clean everywhere and a fantastic included breakfast. Close enough to all the sites (even though Istanbul is huge). The manager Voltan was helpful with everything and the rest of the staff was so kind. We’ll be staying here when we come back!

中心地から近いので選んだが、部屋は半地下の1階。眺望はゼロ。
スルタンアフメド広場までは、急な坂を登り降りする。

The location was exceptional , very close to the sights ! Fairly near Tram 1 line
It has a fitness centre which was great

Wonderful made better by our hosts.
Pros:

Our stay was enhanced by the team of staff who took care of us in every way. The lovely lady who ensured our rooms were spotless to the staff at reception and the restaurant all making sure we had everything we needed. A short walk to everything - perfect location!

Cons:

The noise from the taxis below under our room at midnight - the passionate Turkish was a little hard to appreciate at that time of morning.

Отличная неделя в Стамбуле.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение отеля, все доступно и рядом. Вкусные завтраки. Крепкая такая 4. Но только для городского отеля в центре.

Cons:

Уже нужен ремонт. Он прям просится. На фото все великолепно, но вблизи видны потертости, ветхость.

Pros:

The location is superb. We had late night strolls every night as the main attractions are so close. However, the best part of this hotel is its staff. We were there with a 1-year old and had the best experience we could have. The staff was so helpful, always cheerful, supporting and friendly. Our little boy loved it. He loved seeing all of the guys there every time we were to go out or come back. His smile when he sees them and their interaction is the best review you can get. We would definitely come back cause of these guys! Well done!

Cozy "home" at the end of walking day.
Pros:

Visited during cold spell with snow and rain.
Room was warm, large and comfortable for two friends. Room and bath well stocked.
Varied, tasty breakfast served in downstairs lounge was great way to start an active day. Also played rummikub here at night.
All-male staff was respectful, friendly, helpful and conversational when we reached out. Took terrific care of us. Quickly texted when we departed and I left passport in safe (do we all do that once?).
Reasonable walk to many landmarks (Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque), bus service and shopping.
We would absolutely stay at Amira again.
