Tired and basic with no frills.

Cons:

Very tired hotel in need of redecoration (and curtain cleaning).
No shower door in our room - apparently ‘being fixed’. I don’t think the hotel was full so I can’t understand why they used this room.

Great location, helpful staff property needs and update on rooms.
Pros:

Location was excellent, the staff was very helpful, courteous and exceptional in all respects.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a bit dated and small. The shower in the tub was a very high step in and out and felt slippery and dangerous. Bathroom had an odor problem.

Pros:

Location is superb, close to all tourist attractions

The bathroom is tiny although the room is spacious. My room has to direct lift access, not convenient for seniors

Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé et très pratique.
Personnel très agréable et très serviable.

Cons:

Environnement assez bruyant et soucis de climatisation pour ma chambre.
Malheureusement le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez varié pour une personne qui compte y rester plus d’une nuit.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Blaue Moschee ist in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Hagia Sophia und der Topkapi Palast in etwa 15 Minuten. Zum Großen Basar und zum Hafen läuft man ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß, und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Personal war ausgezeichnet ,sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit einem Kind unterwegs, und besonders beim Tragen des Kinderwagens haben sie uns sehr unterstützt, da der Hoteleingang einige Stufen hat.
Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

Cons:

Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten: In unserem Zimmer haben wir viele Ameisen auf dem Tisch gesehen. Die Fußleiste an der Wand war beschädigt, der Wasserdruck der Dusche war schwach und der Griff am Toilettenschrank war locker und Steckdosen auch.Außerdem war die Glasplatte auf dem Tisch beschädigt. Solche Dinge könnten mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden, hätten aber einen großen positiven Einfluss auf die Gästezufriedenheit. Das Waschbecken im Bad hätte sauberer sein können. Auch der Zimmerpreis könnte etwas niedriger sein.
Der Rooftop Bereich (Bar und Restaurant) war geschlossen. Das ist allerdings verständlich, da das Wetter noch nicht stabil warm war ca. 14–17 Grad.
Es wäre außerdem ein großer Pluspunkt, wenn der Eingangsbereich barrierefrei gestaltet wird besonders für Gäste mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl.

Lovely friendly staff. Amazing fresh gözleme for breakfast! Rooms could be spruced up a bit
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had a normal enough buffet but was lifted enormously by the Turkish lady who made fresh gözlemes to order in the little courtyard - kneading the dough, loading it with fillings and then cooking it fresh on the gas hot-plate stove. This was a delicious highlight to start the day!
The location was convenient for walking to the main sights in Sultanahmet/Eminönü (e.g. Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and the grand bazaar) and the Sultanahmet tram stop is an easy walk from the hotel for getting across to the Beyoğlu side of town.

Cons:

The bedrooms felt a little bit grubby and could do with a deeper cleaning. For example lint/dust balls in corners and the walls had lots of marks on them. The rooms weren't dirty, but they didn't feel fully fresh and cleaned.

The rooftop bar was closed and doesn't open until end of April, which was a bit disappointing as that was one of the attractions of this hotel when I booked it, but maybe I missed the small print. Also understandable as Istanbul can be chilly when we visited (early April).

Sultanahmet itself is a bit too touristy - fine for a first short visit to Istanbul, but I'd be more inclined to stay on the Beyoğlu side the next time.

Pros:

早朝の到着であったが、アーリーチェックインさせてくれてとても良かった。朝食も食べさせてくれたのでお値段以上にお得だった。

Cons:

ベッドが少しふにゃふにゃだったことと、階段やエレベーターのアクセスが微妙だったが、特段問題はない。
旧市街を観光するにはとても便利だった。
