This hotel is amazing lovely staff that go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember for good reasons. Special shout out to Wan from tour desk information, for looking after us following my husband accident on a boat trip she was very helpful and cannot thank her enough. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great for couples& mature adults. Wouldn’t recommend for young families. Fantastic location. Will visit again

The hotel experience was excellent. The staff is always very friendly, greeting you and attending to your needs at all times. The facilities are very good; we stayed in a room on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have a wonderful view. The pool is large and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. We would definitely return to this place.

We are first time to Krabi with family and staying 14 nights . This is excellent staying here. Good food, The location is good only 5minutes walk to beach and is in the center for 2 beaches nopparratta and ao nang. Also night market 10mintues only.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel, we came for four weeks last year and have just had another four weeks of heaven. Our room was large and had fantastic views over the sea, the staff are amazing Nina, Katie and Sak get special mention as they look after us so well. The hotel is in a quiet street but only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you all for making our holiday special and we are looking forward to seeing you all next year as we have already booked.

We stayed at the Krabi La Playa resort hotel for 2 weeks in January.
Great hotel. In a perfect location. The hotel is nice and quiet but within a short walk, you are in the hustle and bustle of the bars, shops and restaurants. They are loads of places to eat and drink, you are spoilt for choice!
There is a 7/11 shop at the end of the road where you can get supplies.
The hotel staff are really friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and kept clean daily. Our water, tea and coffee got replenished on a daily basis. They also supplied a bag with a beach mat and towels to take to the pool or beach, which was a nice touch.
Slippers, bathrobes and toiletries all supplied too!
Our air con unit started to leak halfway through our holiday, we reported it on our way out to dinner and it was all fixed by the time we got back.
The breakfast has a good range of food, so you can always find something to eat.
The sun beds by the pool were often taken by people leaving towels on the beds and not returning for a few hours, so some days you had to nab a sunbed early!
You can book trips through the lady in the lobby for a reasonable price. We did a few trips, we fed the elephants, took a speed boat to the Phi Phi islands and went atv riding, emerald pool and hot springs. We also watched a fire show on the beach and took a long boat to Railey Beach. There are other trips you can do but we were happy to relax in the hotel and venture out to the beach and restaurants when we wanted.
We had a good holiday at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Krabi

We had a late flight, so they kindly let us stay in the room a couple of hours longer, and then let us use the shower room late in the afternoon

The only criticism is the coffee machines at breakfast kept breaking down..

This review is not for the hotel. I did not stay in this resort and the only interaction I had with hotel staff was when I was making a card payment for my massage. The hotel staff were friendly and I had no issue with them. I saw the spa Lanna advertise outside the resort and decided to try their service for couple massage. Fortunately my husband had a good masseuse but mine was horrid. Her long nails often scratched me while she massaged me. The pressure was inconsistent and she handled me roughly when moving my arms and legs. She told me she was a freelance staff and she was not wearing the same uniform as others. She was rude and I had a horrible massage experience. There needs to be some accountability in hiring freelance staff.

Great experience at Krabi La Playa! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, and they offered a large and tasty breakfast each morning.

Just back after a brilliant stay at this hotel, we had a twin superior room which was lovely, cleaned and everything refreshed daily by staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly but a special mention must go to Kia in the restaurant for his perfect attention to everything and the lovely welcome he always had for us at breakfast. Also a special mention to the beautiful friendly lady that organises the spa, she goes above and beyond to help. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to all restaurants, shops and the beach, also numerous tuc tucs to be had a short walk away. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again one day.

Thisbis our first time in Thaíand and we choose Krabi to our destination fot this holiday 7nights at Krabi Laplaya.

When we checkpoint the manager informuj za all detail and our package included dinner . Nina is a manager and she give us a cup of coffee when we waiting the room. So make me feel comfortable.

Nice hotel, nice swiming pool.

Happy Hour - include beer in your 2 for 1. Don't water down the Cocktails as much.
Open a bar for guests in the evening.
Stop sun bed hoggers. If they have gone, remove their towels and let others use them.
Improve activities for guests.

Our hotel was on a quiet side street so that was a huge plus. The Blue pool had a bar and happy hour meant 2-for-1 drinks. There was a laundry room in the basement of the hotel, so that helped.

The room was very large with a private balcony overlooking a garden area. We were allotted 2 bottles of water per day and just ended up buying our own water because this was nowhere near enough in the heat. We had a king-sized bed that was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. We ran out of toilet paper one day and had to go ask for more at the front desk - cleaning staff overlooked it when they were in the room. The room was quiet, but the walls looked dirty and one night they put stained sheets on the bed. Little things like that make this hotel a 3.5-star vs a 4-star place.

Overall, it's a good place to stay if you want to be close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and night market, but not in the middle of the noise and crowds.

Staff were really friendly and rhe swimming pools were lovely. Unfortunately they put us in a lower grade room to what was booked and although they admitted it and moved us the following day we were then given an unfinished room and one that hadn't been cleaned properly. I enjoyed the food that I had but unfortunately the vegetarian I was with was given meat on 3 occasions (including on a vegetarian pizza!) They did rectify this. The walk into the centre of Krabi from the hotel was easy but not a pleasant one. Very disappoined.
