The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is great as it is right in the centre of Oslo which makes it very convenient. The kiosk check in was very easy to do and made the checking in process quick and pleasant. There is a lot of space for working or chatting with people in a more open space and there are some snacks you can buy which is convenient.
The room was next to a busy road so it was very noisy, also within the hotel itself its is quite loud so sleeping was a little hard. I also did miss a kettle or the opportunity to get some tea, I did get coffee once but there were tea bags just no hot water, I also was not sure if it was free but it was late and the staff said I could take it (a cup of coffee). If you want your room cleaned/towels refreshed you need to pay 150kr (for two nights) I thought this was a lot for a room that was already quite expensive and felt useless, I understand not getting the bed cleaned but it would be nice to have an option for clean dry towels for free.

Plassering var veldig bra. Sentralt. Oslo Maraton løypa gjekk forbi hotellet, fekk sjå alle som sprang forbi rett frå senga 😀

Vi fekk ikkje tv til å virke. Savnet vannkoker på rommet.
Lage ist gut, an der Ubahn, Gratis Wasser als Spender jederzeit kostenlos verfügbar, Betten bequem, Dusche in Ordnung, wir hatten eine ruhige Lage zum Hinterhof, vorn fährt allerdings die Straßenbahn, Check-in unkompliziert per Terminal

Rommene er bittesmå; det er verken klesskap eller TV-kanaler (eller rettere sagt: de er kun tilgjengelige via en app). Påstanden om gratis kaffe stemte ikke – det fantes ingen kaffe. Det var ingen romservice eller rene håndklær i løpet av det fem dager lange oppholdet, og rengjøring underveis var kun tilgjengelig mot et tillegg i prisen. Den eneste søppelbøtten var en liten en på badet.
