Pros:

Very good quality for the price, very friendly staff, 24h check-in. Clean and decent-sized room. Next door to a Lidl which was very convenient.

Falta de chefia
Cons:

Paguei duas noites, no entanto devido a assuntos pessoais so fiquei uma noite . Fiz o check out as 11 da manha.
Solicitei que caso fosse possivel me fizessem um credito para usar noutra altura.
Disseram que iam falar com o director e me enviavam um e mail .nunca o fizeram .

Como pode um hotel como o Mercure funcionar com 5 estagiarios imberbes na recepcao?

La atención del personal y la comodidad de la habitación. Se podía aparcar bien en las inmediaciones.
