Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.

Great location for tourism
Pros:

Location is superb - 5-10 min walk to akasaka-mitsuke and alasaka stations, which together get you to 90+% of tourist areas with at most one transfer. Area around is bustling with food, including a Matsuya 24 hour food chain. Room we had had balcony and was perfect weather to sit out on evenings.

Cons:

Loft bed setup is great for space use, but probably because of needing to be securely built, the bed is very firm to sleep on - very minimal give as mattress is set on wood. Bottom bed was comfortable though.

Spacious! But be careful of marble floors.
Pros:

Our room was spacious, the AC actually worked better than anywhere.

Cons:

The area is a bit… crowded in a drinking & restaurant alley area way. So lots of food smells and people later in the evenings. Also a bit farther from a lot of places we wanted to go, but not their fault. Oh, and the marble floors are a wee bit dangerous if you’re wet at all or spill any liquids

Pros:

The location was great! So close to more than 3 subway stops, so it was really easy to get around all of Tokyo. We stayed in the Annex building and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

ファミリールームのホテルとしては可もなく不可もなくですが、コスパはかなり良い
Pros:

3~4人で利用するのにはコスパが良い
寝室2つはプライバシーもあり便利
広さは3～4人では十分広い
場所は便利、飲食店街の真ん中、交通の便良し

Cons:

至る所に老朽化が目立っている
部屋全体がやや湿気ている（エアコンのドライで少し解消）
マグカップはあるが、洗剤が無いので洗えない
調理コンロがあるが調理用具が無いので無駄

フロントの方の対応は高級ホテルに匹敵するぐらい非常に良かった。
部屋に洗濯機・ミニキッチンがあるのは何泊かする人には助かるだろう。
誰が何を洗ったか分からない洗濯機は使いたくないが…(これは個人の価値観)。

Cons:

アメニティバイキングで入浴剤持っていったら、シャワーブースのみで浴槽なし(この点は事前に私の確認不足)。
お部屋L字型で意味不明。
動かす金具が付いているものの、テレビはベッドからほぼ見ることができない。
とにかくシャワーが弱すぎる(この点が一番不愉快)。
シャワーブースのドアの隙間から洗面へ水が漏れる。
予約時に表示されている部屋とはとにかく全く違った。
同じなのはベッドの大きさのみ。外光は全く入らない。
あの部屋を提供するなら訳アリ部屋として販売するべき。
他の部屋より割安で詳細の記載があり、納得して泊まれば全く問題はない。ミスマッチが不信感に繋がっている。
今回はあまりにも違い過ぎた。
センチュリオンホテルグループのイメージが下がった。
見附界隈はいろいろな施設によく泊まるが過去最低。
来て欲しいとも思わないだろうが、再訪なし。
