Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Pros:

I wasn’t happy with the first room that was selected for us and even though it was Golden Week the staff helped me with a larger room.

Cons:

Just the first room. It didn’t have enough room for my husband and I to each have our suitcase opened

Pros:

Akasaka is a well connected area so staying at this hotel made it easy to get around. The major benefit to this room was the kitchenette and the washer/dryer in the room.

Cons:

The room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub.

Wir waren im 5. Stock und man hat wirklich alles von draußen im Zimmer gehört. Das Geschrei der Gäste unten von der Ramenbar, oder vom Partykeller um 3 in der Früh, die Lieferautos und LKWs ab 4 Uhr, Betrunkene, die auf der Straße gingen,...
Die Wände leiten alles weiter, so als wäre das Geschehen direkt im Raum.
Man muss aber dazusagen, dass wir 3 Zimmer gebucht haben und 2 davon hatten kein Fenster auf die Straße und waren ruhig.

Comfortable stay with a central location
Pros:

Good location in the center of Tokyo. Liked the personal washing machine in our particular room. The water pressure and water temp was also all good. The room itself was clean and neat but did look dated. Pretty close to two subway lines that will get you to the major Tokyo spots. The staff were all friendly and always attentive. They helped arrange a van to Haneda Airport 4 hours in advance (12k yen at the time).
Possible pro/con depending on your POV- there are a number of bars/pubs in the area so it does get lively and loud in the weekends.

Cons:

Dated interior
No pots, pans, utensils even though there was a cooktop and kitchen sink
