The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.

Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Pros:

Great location which is very accessible to everything, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, and well-equipped facilities. Overall, very satisfied and we will again book this hotel in the future. Very recommendable.

Cons:

No microwave inside the room, nevertheless it is available in the common area.

Buen hotel
Pros:

Muy cómoda la habitación! Amplia y cómodas camas.muy buena la ubicación!!! Poseía un filtro de agua muy práctico para beber.

Cons:

Quizás le cambiaría para modernizar el piso y sacar alfombras x otro tipo más higiénico. La habitación no tenía ventanas muy accesibles para poder ver, siempre estábamos con luz artificial. Eso no es de mi agrado .

Molto buono nel complesso
Pros:

Tutto ok, struttura in ordine, prezzo conveniente e zona molto bella, tranquilla di giorno ma con vita notturna. Strategica la posizione per la parte centrale di Tokyo, 2 fermate metro vicine.

Pros:

Etant une femme voyageant seule, j'ai apprécié la sécurité de l'immeuble. La proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro très utiles ainsi que d'énormément de restaurants font de cet hôtel un pied à terre idéal. La chambre faisait 18m², une aubaine pour Tokyo!

Cons:

La chambre était un peu âgée, on voyait des marques d'usure et quelques dommages par-ci par là.
La fenêtre donnait sur un mur à moins de 30cm. Pas grave, mais à noter que certaines chambres sont "aveugles".
