The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated.

Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Exelente
Pros:

Nos gustó muchísimo la amabilidad del personal, son muy educados y muy atentos, sobre todo amables. La ubicación perfecta, muy fácil moverse, el metro a 2 minutos andando del hotel. Un barrio bastante cómodo. La limpieza estaba bastante bien. Si volvemos, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

It’s a 100 out of 10. My kids rather stay in the hotel than going out!!
Pros:

We loved the facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for us, not overwhelmed with many tourists. We would definitely re-visit again.

Pros:

Close to train station and restaurants. The toiletries offered were great. The convenience of a washer and dry was helpful even though there were only two of each. The pianist playing in the lobby while we were there was a lovely bonus.

Cons:

The pillows were hard. The shower curtain smelled like it hadn’t been washed or changed from the last occupant (s). The room in the annex was small for a couple.

Great stay, location and staff!!
Pros:

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was nice. Not too busy like touristy areas, but had a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The Akasaka train station was super close and easy to get to. I was glad we booked this hotel.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. We arrived to early for check in, so they held our bags while we explored the city. When we got back to get our rooms they had already delivered our luggage to the room. It was spacious perfect for the last few night. We were able to have the space we needed to pack our luggage for the flight home

Good location comfortable room. Has what you need.
Pros:

This hotel has two separate buildings both are very close in proximity. Overall location is good. Facilities clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Location was great close to food and shops. Good sound proofing on the Amex building. Smaller room but overall has what you need.
