Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

As you entered, the lobby smelled nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. They offered free chocolate chip cookies that were so delicious. The room was clean and cool. We could not hear the traffic on the freeway. Swimming pool was indoor. Breakfast was very satisfying.

The hot tub and pool were very clean. We really enjoyed them. The pool was really warm. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

Quiet and very comfortable sleeping accommodations

It was just OK. They couldn’t get us checked in but let us go to the room anyway so that was nice. But as I was relaxing in bed watching TV the front desk lady just yelled front desk and walked into my room. I was like what the heck? And she left. So that was weird.
AC worked great. Bed was just OK. I slept good but wife said mattress was too firm for her. Pillows were awful.
Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Typical hotel breakfast.
When we left 4 cop cars pulled up to the front door so not sure what that was all about but we didn’t hang around to find out.

"Night auditor" barged into room at 8am while half dressed! Had to be pushed out...when management was notified, they said check out was done the night before BUT IT WAS NOT. No text, no email, nothing about a check-out! GM DID NOT CARE, SAID WOULD GIVE "DISCOUNT" then said we'd have to go through 3rd party to get that. BEWARE-COULD BE S$X TRAFFICKING GOING ON HERE. Occupant said they were being watched the night before (had child with her at that time).

Check in was good, staff very friendly. Pool seemed dirty. Hotel smelled clean. Pillows were tiny, shower smelled bad, Controls on AC did not work so I froze the first night and was too warm the second night.

Convenient location for our trip down from Dallas to attend UT game. We have stayed several times over the years and always experience friendly service, clean and comfortable room, and a substantial breakfast all for a great price. Will recommend and stay again in the future.

The pool was so cloudy and the hot tub didn't work. I have stayed numerous of times but this was the worst. Left and booked another hotel.... didnt get my money back so far. Didnt get insurance because this place had always been great

Comfortable bed. I felt safe traveling and staying alone. The motel is only 1 mile from my sister's house. The price was reasonable with indoor pool and workout room. Free cookies at check in was great. Will definitely book again. I try to visit my sister once a month who is a caregiver for a family member.

Best 2 Star Hotel Experience. I love this place, which should be a 3 Star Hotel instead of 2 Star Hotel. You get what you paid for, but staff is professional, food is decent, and rooms are clean. I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed here several times and always have had a great stay but this time we didn’t care for it much.
Indoor jacuzzi was not working(one of main reasons for booking here).
The bed was very firm. AC would make weird noises when not running. Ice machines not working.

Breakfast- cold eggs. No waffle mix. Underwhelming. Other times breakfast was great.

Not sure what has changed for this hotel as previous stays were great but this time around not so good.
