The staff were excellent and the food was really nice.

Cons:

I had a small double room. There was no Where for me to work with my laptop. The shower was a bit dated, the room was a bit dated, and there was no heating in my room.

Nice and relaxing stay with a great bar
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable, lovely bar to enjoy a drink after a long day. Room was very nice with a good bathroom, bed was comfy

Great value for money
Pros:

Staff were really friendly. I was worried that the room would be noisy from the road outside, but you couldn't hear a thing. Slept well.

Cons:

I didn't eat there but the food sounded lovely. I thought it was a little expensive. Did drink at the bar, again expensive. 2 glasses of wine was £17.10. Wow! I think they should re visit their bar prices.
Furniture in the bar area is desperate for reupholstering. Felt it let the hotel down as other areas were nice.

Pros:

Very clean and warm room
Bed was very comfortable

Pints were good
Staff were brilliant - nothing too much trouble

Cons:

Our room had a door to another room
And it was a wee bit noisy but not awful.
Bring ear plugs and it will help a lot with the motor way noise
