Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach in Bidart, lovely small friendly hotel, public rooms very stylish
Bedroom a little in need of refurbishment, too many items of furniture, hence 4 stars but clean and comfortable with a good shower and lovely shower gel. Absolutely fantastic view , all rooms have the same incredible view.
Great parking facility.
Very reasonably priced restaurant for dinner, very good food, choice of menu du jour or a la carte. Friendly staff. Very clean.

L’emplacement face à l’océan

Cons:

Au restaurant , peut être plus de rapport humain d’échanges pas juste un numèro de chambre et le fait de payer plein pot des desserts hors menu , on a l’impréssion de n’être qu’une CB , le repas trés bon

Beautiful view
Pros:

I loved the view of the beach and that it's so close to it. I imagine it's much too rough to swim in in summer but it was a cold early spring day and this was a pit stop on our way to Spain. So it was nice to see.

We stopped in Biarritz along the way there and ate at a lovely restaurant just minutes away.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

We especially liked the secure gated parking. We had a car full of stuff and we chose this hotel for the secure parking alone.

Cons:

The wifi was really weak and didn't work most of the evening and barely worked in the morning. Our room was the closest to the lobby so I can't imagine how bad it must have been elsewhere.

The lower score I gave is completely due to this. This should not happen in 2026, especially since I noticed this critique in another comment just now. So they are aware of this problem.

It worked well in the sitting room overlooking the beach next to the lobby. They need to do something about this.

Très bien et je recommande
Pros:

Emplacement extra face à l'océan, petite terrasse individuelle pour se détendre. Grande terrasse de l'hôtel avec transats face à l'océan, accès direct à la plage.... nous n'avons pas pris nos repas à l'hôtel donc pas d'évaluation.
