Pros:

Location is great, near town center and port

Cons:

Plumbing/sewage smell issues in room. Brown water came out of the bathroom faucet. And shower was incredibly small, more like a camper shower. Also the showerhead was broken. Our last night’s stay was refunded because the sewage smell was so bad, we had to sleep with all doors and windows open, which turned the ac off and left it unbearably hot in the room.

Buon soggiorno, ma rapporto qualità-prezzo migliorabile
Pros:

La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e con un letto molto comodo, aria condizionata e una piacevole vista. Il bagno è di buone dimensioni, con una doccia comoda; non è presente il bidet, sostituito però da un doccino. La pulizia quotidiana è buona e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati regolarmente, anche se il letto veniva rifatto in maniera piuttosto sommaria.

Uno dei punti migliori è sicuramente la colazione, soprattutto per la parte dolce: ottime le torte fatte in casa, tra cui quella alle mandorle, all’arancia e al cioccolato, oltre a cannoli e piccole cassate proposti in alcuni giorni. Presente anche una scelta salata con uova strapazzate, prosciutto e formaggio, oltre a yogurt. Caffè e cappuccino vengono preparati su richiesta. Unica delusione: considerando la bellissima terrazza fronte mare della struttura, mi aspettavo che la colazione venisse servita lì, mentre viene servita in un locale al piano seminterrato.

Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile e molto comodo il servizio navetta dal porto. Ottimo anche il servizio di noleggio scooter tramite una società convenzionata: lo scooter viene consegnato direttamente in hotel in pochi minuti e può essere lasciato lì alla partenza. Il ristorante adiacente alla struttura è indipendente dall’hotel, ma agli ospiti viene riconosciuto uno sconto del 10% e la qualità è buona.

Tra gli aspetti da migliorare sicuramente il Wi-Fi, che durante il soggiorno non ha funzionato particolarmente bene, e la mancanza di una vera zona comune/relax dove potersi sedere, leggere o semplicemente prendere un bicchiere d’acqua.

Segnalo inoltre un episodio che mi ha lasciato perplesso: una sera, intorno alle 23, è scattato l’allarme antincendio ed è rimasto attivo per circa 40 minuti. La reception era già chiusa e non abbiamo ricevuto spiegazioni né indicazioni su cosa stesse accadendo o su chi contattare in caso di reale emergenza. Anche il giorno successivo non ci è stato fornito alcun chiarimento.

Lovely hotel with an incredible view nd very central.
Pros:

Beautifully presented hotel in a great position. The view was incredible. I did not book a room with a view, but it was a decent size and had a small window area we could dry swimwear etc. Great breakfast !

Cons:

One small thing was we were told the shuttle would pick us up from the port. After waiting 30 minutes we walked. Not a problem because it’s only about 10 minutes but the hotel did not inform us that the shuttle was unavailable even though they knew. Would have saved us standing for 30 minutes in very hot weather. They gave us check in one hour early due to this.

The location is good for access to the port and the piazza. The shuttle bus was very good to use too.

Cons:

The reception desk was not open in the evening, the breakfast was very basic, the restaurant outside at the front was atrocious.

Magnifique hôtel à Favignana, je recommande les yeux fermés.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal, le parking en face de l’hôtel pour garer vélo et scooter. Réveil face a la mer et zone calme. Le personnel était très sympathique et professionnel. Nous avons même eu le droit à un upgrade en arrivant. Merci beaucoup!
