Pros:

Hotel is ok and the location mainly suitable for driving as right on outskirts of Dordrecht. You can get a bus into the city centre- takes about 40 mins

Dissaster. I departed directly after arriving.

Cons:

Its now in use as refugee shelter and its fully loaded with refugees.
The hotel didn’t separate this activity and the few rooms they offer for hotel guests are amidst loudly staying refugees.
Open doors and lots of people on the corridors. Felt unsafe.
Very bad maintenance and everywhere dirt and broken facilities.

This hotel shouldn’t not be on the Booking.com offerings at all.

Unacceptable.

Fijn geslapen en goed ontbeten tegen een redelijke prijs.
Pros:

- ontbijt was goed, genoeg keuze
- personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam
- bedden waren goed

Cons:

De bar was al rond 23.00 dicht. Voor een zaterdagavond vonden wij dat wel teleurstellend.

Slidt hotel, morgenmad levede slet ikke op til beskrivelsen, manglende rengøring
Cons:

Rengøring, hovedpude, morgenmad, velgørenhedsarrangement hele weekenden med larmende biler og øvrige gæster skulle parkere andetsteds

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir waren eigentlich vom 29.12.2025 bis zum 01.01.26 bei Ihnen zu Gast.
Leider mussten wir bereits am 30.12.2025 aus folgenden Gründen abreisen.
-- Um 8:30 Uhr morgens begannen in unserem Hotelbereich Abbrucharbeiten, wodurch wir unsanft geweckt wurden.
-- Anschließend wurde das Wasser abgestellt, ohne dass wir darüber informiert wurden.
-- Das Restaurant war abends geschlossen, es gab nur eine kleine Speisekarte in der Lobby.
-- Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel absolut lächerlich und inakzeptabel.
-- Bei der Abreise habe ich meine Bankdaten an der Rezeption hinterlassen und mir wurde versichert, dass mir die Differenz überwiesen würde.
Das ist bis heute noch nicht geschehen.
