Ortalama üstü, memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Yemeklerdeki mezeler harikaydı. Personel güler yüzlü, çözüm ve hizmet odaklı. Memnun kaldık.
Hamam sauna havuz standartdı. En önemlisi ortam temizdi. Ulaşım kolaydı.

it was overall amazing, very nice staff specially Mr. Emrollah, spa and reciption ladies.
my only concern is about the sink design in showers, it is not good enough to avoid leaming water to the whole rest room.

Klasik bir termal otel
Pros:

Odaya girdiğim an bir koku hissettim. Böyle rutubet kokuyordu. Yemeklerin tadı tuzu yoktu. Özellikle rostonun. Termal havuz güzel fakat kapalı olmasından dolayı çok duramıyorsunuz. Temizlik ve hijyen iyi durumda yerler sürekli siliniyor. Saunaya girmek istedim fakat sauna buz gibiydi. Açılmasını istedim tabi 40 dereceden 70 dereceye 30 dakikada çıktı. Konaklamanın son günü bornoz kurulmadığı için resepsiyondan bornoz talep ettim 2 adet. Tamam getiriyoruz dediler getirmediler

Öyle 5 yıldızlı ancak hizmet olarak üç yıldızdan az.Odalarda herhangi bir bröşür ve fiyat listesi olmadığı gibi oteli tanıtan bir belge yoktu.Akşam mini bardan bir soda içmek için açacak aradım.Bulamadım.Resepsiyona telefon etmek istedim.Telefon çalışmıyor.Cep Telefonundan otel santralını aradım ulaşamadım.Kendim Resepsiyona inerek durumu anlattım.Telefonların arızalı olduğunu söylediler .Açacak istedim.Göndereceklerini söylediler.Biraz sonra bir görevli elinde tirbişon la geldi.Sodayı açtıktan sonra iadesini istedi.Bende açıp geri verdim.Daha sonrada telefon çalışmadığı için bir şey istemedin.Akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı çok vasattı.
