Localização e simpatia da recepção

Cons:

Muito desactualizado e de baixa qualidade. O pequeno almoço muito fraco e com os funcionários mais a conversarem uns com os outros que focados nos hóspedes

Nous sommes déjà venus à cet hôtel en2023.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de retrouver Serena que nous avions rencontrer en2023.

Comme à l’époque son sourire et sa gentillesse nous ont permis de nous sentir comme si nous étions chez nous .

Le monsieur qui nous a reçu le matin était tout aussi sympathique (nous ne savons pas son prénom) .

La chambre était la même que nous avions eu par le passé .
Très belle chambre spacieuse , aucun bruit à signaler .
Nous avons profiter du jacuzzi qui est exceptionnel et offre une très belle vue sur Alghero

Merci encore à Serena pour son professionnalisme .

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le personnel à nos petits soins .

Un grand merci à tout le personnel ^^

Super Unterkunft, man kann in die Altstadt laufen. Der Mann an der Rezeption war super freundlich und gab uns jede Menge Tipps für die Umgebung aber auch für ganz Sardinien was super hilfreich war. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder

The hotel's staff are great.
Pros:

I loved that our room had a balcony with a sea view. The reception staff were very helpful with answers to our queries. Lovely friendly people. There is a really nice restraunt with great food right next to this hotel. Panoramic views on the roof terrace from south to north west. A great place to sit and watch the sun setting.

Cons:

I would have liked a shelf within the shower. Somewhere to place the soap and shampoo.

The hotel it's convenient located on of the best area of Alghero with a spectacular view of Alghero baia and the famous Capo Caccia Santuary, also it's located walking distance from main Alghero night hot spot activities,
The hotel it's super clean and well organize, I strong recomended if you looking for a confort and relax.
Also the recepction very profesional and welcome you since you walking inside the hotel.

Le personnel très sympa, efficace et souriant. Toujours prêts à comprendre notre italien approximatif ☺️.
Les piz du resto d'à côté excellentes.
Séjour super agréable

Cons:

Petit souci avec le réglage de l'eau, un coup brûlant et 30 secondes plus tard eau froide... Même souci dans la chambre de nos amis.

Pros:

Bell'hotel in buona posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Attraverso il lungomare. Camera grande al primo piano con grande terrazzo su due lati con anche un po' di vista sul mare. Facilita di parcheggio in strada. Od interno a modico prezzo. Buona la pulizia. Buona la colazione. Staff gentile.

Cons:

Il frigobar che ogni tanto produceva tutta una serie di rumori.
La doccia un po' piccola e senza possibilità di appoggio per sapone e shampoo. Inoltre il miscelatore era scarsamente reattivo con difficoltà a raggiungere e mantenere una temperatura dell'acqua piacevole.
La temperatura della stanza colazioni un po' troppo bassa.

La vista meravigliosa dalla terrazza della camera. Il calore e la cortesia di Serena alla reception. La posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, che unisce comodità e tranquillità.
