Spacious comfortable room with excellent amenities.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were excellent, as were linen and towels. No tissues in room, otherwise amenities were excellent.

A step back in history
Pros:

Such a historic feel to it and so much character. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the cable car, the ferry and the waterfront, restaurants.

Cons:

The lack of staff around.
The Cornercopia café was closed when it was supposed to be open.

Nobody on reception after 5pm. Nobody to check you in.
Cons:

Reception closes early. Everything has to be done by the paying customer. Not a good service.
