Although the view is stunning it’s quite noise from the port sounds
Very clean, easy check in, comfortable bed with lovely fully equipped kitchen.
Nothing
Spacious living room
The master bedroom was too small for a queen bed. Wardrobe doors could hardly open. It didn’t have space for 2 bedside tables. The double bedroom was a disaster. Two beds, wardrobe doors could not open at all, no space for any bedside tables, beds could not put together. The shower could do with a good clean. The shower door had a lot of build up dirt. When I tried to clean it with the corner of a towel it came off easily.
The floor tiles were broken and a tripping hazard and hurting your toes.
We had a view of the harbour which offered interest watching ships load along with other river users. Staff were friendly and helpful and access to free coffee in the foyer was much appreciated. Good accessible car parking. Would recommend to family.

Location,
Beds to sift & the wheels made the bed move around to much.
Bed(s) excellent
Lounge / kitchen layout excellent
Shower / bathroom very good
Bedrooms a little cramped
Given booking was made some time before travel very disappointed that room assigned was not overlooking harbour
(room assigned was 306)
Room was nice and modern
The location was great. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful
The 2 bedroom suite was very smelly and had a lingering odour. We could see greasy palm and finger tip marks on the cupboards above the cooker. Later that evening we needed to use the microwave and discovered a takeaway container with Butter Chicken had been in there so long it had started to grow mould which explained why the place did not smell very nice. There were only 2 sachets of sugar left for guests to use. The seat top for the small chair under the desk needs repairing as it came away from the frame. One of the two lounge suites in the lounge and dining areas is very worn out and needs replacing. The fabric was pilling and did not look nice. The colour scheme in the entrance hallway needs upgrading to a better colour, too dark. The carpet is stained and should be replaced. It would be fantastic if there was more local artwork displayed on the walls that reflect local indigenous artists. Overall the communal areas need upgrading to reflect the price they charge.
