Pros:

The location is great for visiting local cafes, shops and restaurants as everything is within walking distance. We had family staying at Big 4 Caravan Park next door - so it was super convenient to be so close to them.

Drove into the complex through open garage door. I have trouble with stairs......the stairs at th front looked too steep so I went up the exit/fire door. Once I had managed these stairs, I went through the door which closed behind me and I was trapped in an enclosure outside. I had not checked in at this stage and did not have a swipe key. It was only after some time that some people came and let me out.
Car park 80% empty but partner told not to park underneath. The car park didn't get any fuller the whole time we were there. I was not happy that I couldn't be moved to a higher floor. No mention on website that carpark was only for 2 and 3 bedroom units....as was according to receptionist

Great location...close to shopping centre. Short walk to all the shops in the main street & also to the beach.
Pool was great...divided into 3 sections with one pool heated.
Room was clean & lounge was very comfy (daughter wanted to take it home🤣).
