Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches etc.

Cons:

No basement parking. Bond of $200 required. Advised this can take up to 3 weeks to be removed from card. Advised cash was accepted.

Pros:

Everything. Staff, location, view of the pool and ocean, surrounding cafes and dining, walking paths around the sea shore, close proximity to everything including the seashore. The room facilities were excellent, comfortable beds and very clean. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday all right there.

Cons:

The location was great.

Cons:

The split system wasn't working, advised staff who sent a guy upto look and he confirmed it wasn't working but nothing was done to repair. We left a $200 deposit for miscellaneous required by hotel and gave no received back as promised after 10 days to 2 weeks.

Peaceful little spot, close to everything
Pros:

The heated pool and spa were delightful. The room was cosy and comfy. The view off the back deck over the water was so relaxing. Easy to get to, walking distance to many things. Beautiful gardens.

Slightly adequte but also very disappointing

Location was excellent. Partial view from balcony was good. Staff were prompt when we requested things.

Cons:

The actual apartment had broken slats in the window. A gaping hole in the flywire door. Kitchen bench needed replacing - lots of marks and holes in it. Bed was not very comfortable. Not a very good choice of pillows. Fridge started to leak all over the floor 4 days before we left. Broken tv remote. The workmen with their jack hammer in the apartment next to us which started 2-3 hrs before we checked out. I thought he was going to break through our wall any minute. The noise was that loud, we couldn't even talk to each other. I complained to the desk staff upon checking out but they didn't seem to care. Did not even apologise.

Functional & good location
Pros:

Location is great, being on the waterfront. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, cafes, etc. 3 towers in the complex but requires outside connection to rooms/facilities. Rooms were looking a bit old but were functional, decent size and had the relevant amenities.

Cons:

Bed was ok but not "comfortable" and weren't real quiet (could hear people above & beside us).
