An incredible stay at an out of this world hotel
Pros:

This is an incredible hotel. We (family of 4) booked a bubble and a standard room, both of which were amazing, with outdoor bathtubs. The bubble had incredible views (the standard room has a little fenced garden so no view, but a lovely window seat and a tree in the garden). The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful. The restaurant serves an amazing breakfast (which we had in the garden) and delicious dinners featuring home-grown fruit and vegetables. The pool is calming and beautiful, and on especially hot days they bring sorbet cones round to guests by the pool. And as a final touch, they gave us on leaving a framed copy of the photo they took of us on arrival. What an amazing experience - we’d all love to go back.

Cons:

As we booked to stay during a heatwave, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the bubble did get quite hot during the day (even though they put a reflective cover on it at breakfast, and remove it before dinner). They warned us that the aircon struggles to keep up with extreme heat! It would have been even better if we’d gone in April/May I think.

estancia en burbuja en una ola de calor

la comida estaba muy buena, felicitaciones al cocinero/a porque cada plato nos encantó. Espero que conservéis a esta persona con tanto talento.
La burbuja lunar no estaba preparada para la ola de calor que estamos viviendo... fue una lástima y nos llevamos un buen disgusto porque aunque el aire acondicionado estaba a tope, era imposible estar más de 10 minutos dentro de la burbuja y menos aun dormir dentro... Teníamos la reserva hace más de un año por ser una ocasión especial de celebración y no podíamos modificar la reserva. Noelia nos ayudó mucho y nos entendió, nos ofreció un cambio de habitación a la hora que quisiéramos, dejando que disfrutáramos de todas las instalaciones que nos ofrecía la burbuja, y a la hora de dormir podíamos pedir el cambio de habitación para nuestra comodidad y también seguridad debido al calor extremo de estos días. Por lo que nuestra estancia, pese al disgusto inicial, fue excelente, como clientes nos sentimos escuchados y comprendidos, un lugar de 10, y Noelia es una empleada de sobresaliente que espero que mantengáis y la valoréis, porque no siempre encuentras personas así de empáticas y razonables.
Es un lugar muy original y único. Seguro que volvemos!

Cons:

Casualmente fuimos en mitad de una ola de calor, con más de 40 grados...pero como ya he comentado, se nos atendió y se buscaron soluciones.

Wauw. Een unieke ervaring tot in de puntjes verzorgt.
Fantastische locatie, heerlijk zwembad, lieve mensen en een prachtig onder architectuur aangelegd hotel en bijgebouwen. Gewoon fantastisch en het geld dubbel en dwars waard.
