Great location and the most amazing staff
Pros:

Great location and great value for money. Staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly and so incredibly helpful and kind. Checking in and out was really easy and straightforward and the room was perfect. The only reason for not being able to rate as excellent is because the bathrooms are shared and I was expecting to have a private one with the room as in the description.

Great short stop. Convenient to shops in Summertown and short bus ride into city centre.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast included hot toast eggs and bacon if you wished. Very helpful owners.

- desayuno muy tarde (7:45). Encima no estaba a esa hora abierto y nos fuimos sin desayunar
- se dejaron calcetines en baño de otro huésped.
- reservamos una cama doble y la confirmación fue dos simples.
- camas incómodas. Mucho ruido, inestable y pluma no cubría bien
- calefacción apagada
- se escuchaba ruido de otras habitaciones con un simple andar.

Good choice of accommodation if willing to be some distance from city centre
Pros:

Had all the requirements for a pleasant overnight stay with added bonus of friendly staff, opportunity to check in early and free parking ( often an extra cost in Oxford!) Some distance from the actual city centre ( 30 minutes walk) but frequent bus service. Good range of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Great value for money for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Great hotel. I've stayed twice now and had a positive stay on both occasions. It's a little further out but there are plenty of buses providing easy access to the city centre. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I booked last minute on my second stay (same day) and hadn't received any details on how to access the property / room by the time I arrived at about 8pm. However, I called the hotel and a staff member arrived within 10 minutes of me calling to let me in. A minor point though and quickly remedied.

Friendly staff and an enjoyable comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very friendly and attentive couple that ran the guest house. Lovely breakfast, comfy bed and room with everything we needed. Great location to explore Oxford. Off road parking was a bonus.
