Prima verblijf, geen reden om niet te gaan.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel FOH als bediening. Wij hadden buren die het nodig vonden om hun hand alleen te laten midden in de nacht, waardoor het personeel hen heeft moeten bellen om terug te komen. Er is zeer adequaat gehandeld en ook 's ochtends bij het melden werd er goed met onze boodschap omgegaan. Bedienend personeel gewoon goed!

Cons:

Wij hadden onze hond mee en mijn aanname is dat daar de mindere kamers voor worden gegeven. De plinten en het laminaat zijn zeer verouderd en niet meer bijtijds. Ook de badkamer, met douchegordijn, is iets wat ik niet zo had verwacht. Tegenvaller. De foto's tonen enige realiteit met de werkelijkheid, maar het is allemaal net wat ouder (en dus ook licht gehorig).

Praktische verblijfplek dicht bij het Strand en de vuurtoren.
Pros:

Mooi gelegen, vlakbij het strand, de vuurtoren en het dorpje. Het appartement was mooi ruim. En het ontbijt was keurig geregeld voor mijzelf en mijn kinderen veel aanbod.

Cons:

Het appartement is wat gedateerd, ouwe kacheltjes en gehorig. De receptioniste vond ik niet heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Meer ongeïnteresseerd en nonchalant. Het water van het zwembad was behoorlijk fris en voor mijn Veganistische partner was er qua ontbijt niet heel veel aanbod.

Great location, hotel nothing special
Pros:

Location is excellent. Solid breakfast and friendly staff. Hollum is my favorite town of Ameland, and this location is superb. Little walk into town, and within 15 minutes at the dunes and sea.

Cons:

The property is very outdated, typical beginning of the 90's decor. So price wise it is ok, but nothing special. I do feel a big investment or renovation is needed to keep up.

Kein Personal beim Frühstück zu sehen...keine Abwechslung, kein Obstsalat...habe notgedrungen vom Frischobst selbst gemacht. Nach 5 Tagen Frühstück war der Obstkorb leer...
Obwohl mehrere Gäste mit Hund da waren, musste ich mir jeden Morgen mein Gedeck für das Frühstück selbst organisieren...die Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht einmal geputzt..pfui
Einzige positive Ausnahme war an einem Abend ein männlicher Kellner, der nach meiner Bestellung auch mal Wasser für den Hund brachte..

Aanwezig voor de sport en een van Nederlands mooiste Trailrun evenementen.
Pros:

De ligging tov de geweldige organisatie van de Vuurtorentrail.

Cons:

Dat jullie ‘Fletcher’ niet een coulance hebben voor zo’n professionele organisatie als die van de Vuurtorentrail en 4ameland. Zij dragen ertoe bij dat jullie beide hotels veel boekingen hebben tijdens de sportevenementen en er wordt door jullie niets gesponsord. Als deelnemer reden om een volgende keer elders te boeken. Intens zuinig en vreemde manier van doen van de Fletcher groep.
