Otelden çok bir hostel görünümde ama aslında bir restaurant...Alt ve üst katlarında restaurant var. Bana tuttuğum odadan farklı bir oda verdiler, onun dışında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Sultanahmete meydanına yakın, yakın çevrede restoranlar var.
Tabela görünür değil, bulmakta zorluk yaşayabilirsiniz, biraz bakımsız gibi görünüyor; dış kapının kolunun elinizde kalması bunun bir sonucu..

Oda da prizler yeterli değil, uzatma kablosu şart.. Görevliller yardımsever ve ilgili, sorununuzu hızlıca çözme konuusunda istekliler

No housekeeping facilities, no elevator, no sign board of the hotel. Ot was hard to find as people didnt knw where it is. Dont be deceived by the pictures the Hotel doesnt look like that at all. Its a resturant on the ground floor and a few rooms upstairs. It is very noisy esp. at night time. The room was cleaned and bins emptied only once in my whole week stay when I complained about bins full and smelly. I requested for a baby cot and was given a sofa for the baby to sleep on. No cups were provided no washing up facilities as the cleaner doesnot work sundays. I did not receive any cups and was told the hotel only provides tea bags for first day I have to manage on my own afterwards.

very very helpful staff.. spoke english, and accepted all types of currency: dollars, euros, liras... nice diner below the room, and a surprisingly quiet area despite its central city location

it was no water when we arrived... terrible, the breakfast was included in the price, but... no breakfast. at the entrance you have to pay and then enter the room. room was so small...

Ho scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza alla Moschea Blu, Aya Sofya, Palazzo Topkapi e la Cisterna Basilica che sono luoghi molto interessanti da vedere. Vicino ad hotel ci sono fermate di mezzi di trasporto molto efficienti per raggiungere altri punti chiave della città prima di imbarcarsi su un battello per una crociera sul Bosforo. Molto belle anche la Moschea di Solimano.

wir buchten ein dreibettzimmer und wurden einfach in ein zweibettzimmer gesteckt. wir mußten uns also auf einem bett drängeln (wir sind freunde, kein paar) und haben trotzdem für 3 betten bezahlt. wir wurden dann erst hingehalten und konnten dann endlich die letzten 2 nächte in ein dreibettzimmer umziehen, welches schön, geräumig und sauber war. das frühstück wird als ein "großes frühstück" angepriesen und ist eine katastrophe. nicht mal der für die türkei typische und zu jedem frühstück gehörende käse wurde gereicht. der frühstücksplatz war nicht so sauber, aber die lage sehr gut.

Istanbul ist einfach klasse aber dieses Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt. Keine sauberen Zimmer. Kein Fernseher. Keine Klimaanlagen Fernbedienung. 3 Kakerlaken entdeckt im Bad.

Una estafa. NO vayan. No vayan. Llegamos y nos metieron en otro hotel. Nos dijeron que nuestras habitaciones estaban pgas pero que no tenian lugar. Despues nos dijeron que no estaban pagas y nos quisieron cobrar una single extra y en cash. Una vergüenza. Nunca mas resrvo en esta página.

Verste opplevelse i hele livet mitt. Skitten rom og bad,vann lekkasje, kald vann på badet, personalet var sur og irriterte og de fleste var under 16 år som jobbet dag og natt, dyrt og dårlig kvalitet mat, fuktighet overalt og lukten av fuktighet ...alt konkluderte til lunge betennelse og ekstra sykehus kostnader for meg. Jeg var på Fatma Sultan hotel (f s ild city ) to netter og eieren lovet meg å ordne all problemet !!!

Friendliness was unbelievable. So kind, generous. .clean. great location...nothing was ever too difficult. And great value fir money. Wld recommend

Do not go to this place. It is a fraudulent "hotel". Conditions were terrible, staff were rude. The pics on the website are fake. On the last night police came into the hotel and ordered all guests out as it wasn't licensed. To top it all off, the hotel overcharged me twice for terrible stay and refused to pay me back. Hotels.com were completely unhelpful and refused to write back to me. I have rang hotels.com numerous times and have advised me I should speak to hotel again in Turkey.

Please do not chose this hotel and stop using hotels.com, they will not help you if you have a claim or complaint. They will pass your credit card details to fake hotels and not claim any responsibility.

the hotel is a restaurant on the bottom and hotel on the top, because it is a fish restaurant the smell of fish is noticeable when you go up the stairs. the stairwell is a bit noisy if you are staying in the first floor as the toilet for the restaurant is located there as well. it has a nice terrace on the top floor though and the location close to the main monuments is the best thing i think.

Do not choose your room according to expedia's photos ! it doesn't match at all !!

Shocking hotel. Was harrassed by hotel staff (men) and did not feel safe. Actually got to the point of tears. Put in my laundry and told would cost around 1 USD but got a dry cleaning bill of 40 USD, when asked the manager he told me he decided that the quality of the cheper laundry was not good for me and I needed a dry clean...Please all female travellers do not stay here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, friendly welcome my son and I received at the Fatima Sultan Hotel in Istanbul. I was expecting a standard cut rate welcome (because we got a cut rate), but instead was welcomed and treated like family. Clean rooms, free maps, coffee to relax us during check-in and a great 24X7 restaurant on the ground floor. This little hotel was like being at home.

This is a sub 1 star hotel run by amateurs. The staff knows the right answers, but does not quite know how carry them out. Nice enough people but they are clueless when it comes to carry through.

Breakfast at 8 AM -- actually begins somewhere around 8:30; hard to make breakfast when the staff is sleeping on the floor: lunch hard to fix when the resturaunt manager is hauled off by the police. Great entertainment.

Decor is interesting -- kind of reminiscent of a bordello in New Orleans around the turn of the 19th century. The red carpets and the red lights in the narrow hallways lined with doors to small rooms were a sight to behold.

Stairs were built by the same people that designed the stairs ascending small towers - nearly circular, narrow and steep. Really fun taking luggage up and down.

Location is spectacular, price is about what you woud pay at a hostel, so all things considered look the place over before commiting to stay.
