La cena della seconda sera.

Cons:

La cena della prima sera, arrivati alle 20.10 la cameriera non sa spiegarsi in inglese. Ci dice che sono inclusi nella cena starter, main course e dolce, Ordiniamo 2 panini e i dolci. I panini arrivano alle 2050 . Alle 2105 chiediamo i dolci ci dice che la cucina è chiusa dalle 2100. A fine soggiorno ci fanno pagare 17 euro per le 2 bottiglie di acqua che non erano incluse nelle cene. Date la targa dell' auto alla reception altrimenti sono 24 euro di parcheggio. Cuscini quasi quadrati , scomodi.

Zarezerwowałam dużo wcześniej w hotelu dwa pokoje z prośbą, aby były blisko siebie. Po przybyciu do hotelu otrzymałam kartę tylko do jednego pokoju, pani obsługująca była bardzo zdziwiona, że chce drugi pokój. Oczywiście nie było też mowy o tym, aby pokoje były obok siebie, rozrzucono nas na dwóch piętrach po dwóch stronach dużego hotelu. Ponadto przy zameldowaniu pani nie spisała tablic rejestracyjnych i mieliśmy na drugi dzień problem z wyjechaniem z parkingu. Bardzo słaba obsługa i kontakt z klientem. Nie polecam

Pros:

Da área interior do hotel e do tamanho do quarto. Estacionamento grátis e com possibilidade de carregar o carro elétrico.

Cons:

Falta de informação sobre alterações do horário de funcionamento, sendo que um dos dias o restaurante e bar, encerraram às 20h00, sem a mínima possibilidade de pedir um prato de refeição para as minhas filhas. A limpeza não é feita todos os dias, conforme solicitado na reserva. O pequeno almoço com espaço de melhoria.

De grootte van de kamer. Badkamerkeurig op orde. Gaf gevoel van privacy. Ben tevreden.

Cons:

Koffiezet_apparaat. Niet handig in gebruik. Verder stond er een glas sterke drank in mijn kluis met daarin de hulsjes van slaappillen. Ik drink niet, ik gebruik ook geen medicatie. En ik zet dat zeker niet niet in mijn kluis! Dit laatste gebeurde tijdens mijn verblijf.. Gelieve daar op te letten. Dank u. Verder alles in orde.

We hadden met zn tweeën maar 1 klein handdoek en 1 badjas, en op de balkon waren er geen stoelen om te zitten dat was minder
