Incredibly clean rooms and friendly hosts who made themselves available for any need and were a wealth of knowledge of the island. Delicious breakfast and beautiful views from the terrace. Leni was quiet and a beautiful location, though there are few eating options within walking distance, transportation is limited and it is a steep walk down to Rinella (beach/town) -not necessarily a negative but important to know for planning purposes.

Cons:

Beds were hard and the rooms are a bit barebones, sufficient but not the most comfortable. The warm welcome and beautiful views made up for it though!

Niesamowita gościnność Franceski, jej zaangażowanie by nasz pobyt był jak najlepszy. Przepyszne śniadania z możliwością wyboru na co ma się aktualnie ochotę. Wspólne przestrzenie, patio z widokiem na ogród i leżakami, tarasy z widokiem na góry i morze. Wszystko to dostępne dla gości o dowolnie wybranej przez siebie porze. Dziękujemy Francesca!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura, che ci ha colpiti fin da subito per la sua posizione incantevole e per l'autenticità dell'atmosfera. La terrazza, con vista mozzafiato sulle isole Eolie, ci ha regalato tramonti indimenticabili, perfetti per concludere le giornate in totale relax.

La struttura, in perfetto stile eoliano, emana un fascino particolare: ogni dettaglio è curato con gusto e contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente, rilassante e profondamente legata al territorio. Si respira davvero l’essenza della vacanza mediterranea.

Un punto di forza indiscusso è la colazione: abbondante, genuina e preparata con prodotti a km zero. Le marmellate e le torte fatte in casa dalla signora Francesca sono una vera delizia e testimoniano l’amore e la cura con cui viene gestita la struttura.

Un ringraziamento speciale va proprio alla proprietaria Francesca e alla signora Giusy per la loro straordinaria cordialità, disponibilità e dolcezza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale.

Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

The perfect place to stay on Salina island.

Located within the quiet village of Leni overlooking the sea. A Dream location.

The host Francesca went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She made gluten free cakes for breakfast ( as I was gluten intolerant) , home made Jams ( when chatting with locals they mentioned her Jams ) and amazing uova strapazzate with mint each morning.

Her love of the island was infectious as she recommended the best places to visit and eat.

If you are looking for a local experience with local people from the island that will make you feel like you are at home then - this is the place to be !

Pros:

Nice hotel, very clean and beautiful

Cons:

The hotel is quite far from the cities! You really need a car to go for groceries and restaurants ( only one restaurant nearby which closes on Sundays)
No swift replies fro manager
Breakfast is good but not outstanding
Personally, I think you don’t get much from what you pay as it’s quite pricey
