We spent a great time at Detelina Hotel. We'd love to go back.
Pros:

Food was the best! Great chefs and great catering staff. They all work soo hard and with passion for the job. Always observing and topping up.Team work was there and we could tell they had connection. Table cleaning was fast. Bar always open at the required times. No queues. Nice cocktails. Good communication. The pool was clean and lifeguard was always there watching over the guests.

Cons:

Kids entertainment lacking. The kids play area could be bigger with more benches for parents to sit around and watch the kids.

Personalul foarte amabil.

Cons:

Mancarea nu avea gust. Am mancat mai mult fructe pentru ca nu aveam ce sa mancam. Cocktail-urile erau foarte spirtoase. Curatenia lipsea cu desavarsire, am gasit un prosop in minifrigiderul din camera, nici macar nu s-a verificat. Patul avea un picior lipsa, l-am gasit noi si l-am pus la loc. Parcarea era aglomerata, fie blocai 3-4 masini sau erai tu blocat.

Personalul (în special managera) , mâncarea ( deoarece o punea și a doua , nu era curat, am găsit și ploșnițe într-o cameră, ne-a mutat în ultima zi în altă cameră cu scandal

Mâncarea care a fost variata si proaspătă în fiecare zi

Cons:

1.In balcoane pe centralele aerelor conditionate exista cuiburi de porumbei care fac o mizerie de nedescris si zgomot cât sa nu te poti odihnit mai deloc.
2.Evacuarea apei de la dus se face prin sifonul din pardoseala si asta implica un risc de a-ti rupe gatul la orice pas si un miros de nedescis din scurgerea respectiva.
Usa de la baie e ruginita pe interior de la atâta apa si umiditate,iar faianță aceea e doar spălată cu dusul si cam atat.
3.Curatenia în camera e făcută cu matura si un mop tarat prin toate camerele si folosit si pe partea de balcon(unde se spala si extrementele de la porumbei).
4.In fiecare seara curatarea apei din pisicina se face cu clor din sticla,părea din acela de spălat rufele

Am simtit ca am fost la saracie la propriu
Pros:

Multa lume zicea ca mancarea este buna si era dar era aceeasi mancare zilnic, dupa 6 nopti chiar m-am saturat de ea oeicat de buna ar fi fost.

Cons:

Curatenie in camera si balcon lipsa. In 6 nopti o singura data a facut curat si doar de suprafata.
Dusul fara geam despartitor de wc de fiecare data cand faceam dus spalam toata baia si wc-ul
Personalul înafara de 2 persoane restul ziceai ca sunt acolo doar sa isi faca treaba si sa se ia de tine daca le zici ceva.
Piscina- copii s-au zgâriat de stâlpii din piscina chiar tare si de fundul ei.
