Pros:

The hotel itself was really nice with close distance to the city centre. Pool and spa facilities were also nice and clean. The room itself was clean and tidy having the things we needed for the stay. Overall, a good stay but I would say there were just a few issues that did not make our experience and expectations stress free.

Cons:

They mixed the rooms whilst we were checking in as the things on the system didn't match the paper reservations they had. Right after the check in, my parents were asked to come to pay for the stay (they had a separate booking) and they've been asked to settle the bill for our stay as well when we already paid in advance. I had to show the confirmation of the pay at the reception because they said they didn't have it on the system. On the first night there was no hot water in the evening.

Definitely overrated on the booking.com. I booked this for my family. The staff mixed up the rooms and was so confused during the check in. They need to sort out their system. There was no hot water, the staff was made aware but it didn't get resolved until next day. Then they tried to overcharge them. For what is and where it is. It's not worth it. You better off with booking somewhere else.

Čisté, príjemné, dobrá lokalita, ticho

Cons:

Napriek telefonickému uisteniu ako i info na web stránke hotela nebola možnosť nabíjania elektromobilu (pri nabíjačke umiestnený veľkokapacitný kontajner). Po info priamo na recepcii bez nejakej snahy riešenia. To bolo sklamanie.

Wellnes na úrovni, raňajky super ,izby vykúrene ,poloha v kľudnom prostredí

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa nám ,že pri upratovaní Wellnessu upratovačky nepridržali dvere a dosť to búchalo ,hlavne večer okolo 23:00.
