According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Péssima escolha
Pros:

A piscina e simpatia dos funcionários.
Hotel muito antigo, com os quartos a necessitar de renovação.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço é uma confusão, muita gente para a dimensão do buffet. No pequeno-almoço devo ter comido algo estragado porque fiquei bastante doente.

Boa estrutura, experiência ruim.
Pros:

O tamanho dos quartos.

Cons:

Barulhento.
Televisão ruim.
Carpete nos corredores.
Os atendentes na chegada estavam mal humorados. Não gostei do atendimento com exceção do moço que cuidou da nossa bagagem.

Pros:

La azotea y la vista bellisimos, el desayuno impecable

Cons:

Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas, y estaban haciendo arreglos que metian mucho ruido (si dejaron de hacerlo al reclamar) pero no deberian entregar habitaciones en planta baja si estan con trabajos

Buena piscina y buen bar en la azotea. Priscila en el Rooftop 17 la mejor de todo el

Cons:

Baños sin extractores de aire. Las piezas no las limpian si no avisas en recepción, aunque coloques letrero de limpieza en la puerta, solo entran a reponer frigobar. Deja harto que desear el hotel. No volvería.
