La atencion con el personal del restoran. A las 10:00 hrs estando preparando mi desayuno en mi cara me desenchufaron la tostadora siendo que me estaba preparando para usarla. Se entiende que el corte es a esa hora pero e deberían haber preguntado si lo iba a ocupar o no

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel. La habitación cuádruple deluxe era muy cómoda para ser 4 adultos + un bebe. El baño amplio y una vista al mar y la playa preciosa (estábamos en el piso 15). La atención del personal muy bien, siempre atentos y en el desayuno nos consultaron si estaba todo bien, si necesitamos algo más y aprovechamos a mencionar que necesitábamos mas toallas y mantas. El desayuno muy bien, mucha variedad de comidas, lácteos, frutas, servicio de cocina donde te preparan la tapioca.

Cons:

Se podría mejorar el café y los jugos del desayuno. El jugo de naranja era pura agua. El café de la máquina, le pedí un café con leche y me hizo un cappuccino que estaba demasiado dulce. Al otro día probé el café del termo y tampoco era bueno, parecía descafeinado.

Excelente estadia, voltaria com certeza.
Pros:

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. O café da manhã foi muito bem servido, apresentou uma grande variedade de pães, sucos, frutas. O quarto era muito limpo, organizado e com uma boa roupa de cama e banho. O empréstimo de toalhas para levar para a praia também foi maravilhoso. Além disso, o serviço de quarto 24h foi perfeito, pois trouxe super rápido e quente minha refeição. O rooftop é perfeito, não somente pela vista maravilhosa que tem mas pela piscina e serviço de bar que são perfeitos.

Cons:

O banheiro tem uma ducha forte e muito boa, entretanto a torneira do chuveiro só limita a quantidade de água e não a temperatura. No banheiro só tem um disjuntor para ligar a água quente ou desligar, o que torna a água muito quente ou totalmente fria.

Edificio antiguo, habitaciones poco modernas, ventanas b{asicas, instalaciones del baño no renovadas, almohadas con mal olor. Un Hotel muy mal traído.
