Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and has everything you need. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is quite decent as well. The breakfast buffet is also very sufficient and offers a good variety of options.

Cons:

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. In particular, the reception staff were not friendly at all. The elevator also had problems every day.

Zonas comunes y zona de piscina y restaurante fueron muy buenas y la gente muy amable y atentos.

Cons:

La conexcion de wifi fue muy escaso, menos mal no tenia que trabajar.

Tambien seria genial si tuvieron cobijas para las camas pero no la tenian.

Pros:

Hotel com ótimas instalações, café da manhã excelente, funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Com restaurante e rooftop tbm excelentes, tanto no ambiente quanto de opções de refeições elaboradas e saborosas. O rooftop e o quarto, em que fiquei, tinham vista para o mar e isso foi um deleite para alma...rsrsrsrs

A localização também é excelente pq fica ao lado da Igreja de Boa Viagem, que nas proximidades tem uma feira de artesanato, que funciona diariamente até às 21hs, tornando o entorno movimentado e alegre.

Não muito distante do hotel tem farmácias e mercados. Distante alguns metros, 900 m, tem trechos de praia movimentados e ótimos para banho.

Enfim, gostei muito do hotel, do serviço e dos funcionários. Valeu muito ter me hospedado lá.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Minha única sugestão de melhora é a limpeza no interior do box do banheiro e, se possível, a substituição do chuveiro elétrico por um a gás.

Excelente hotel. Valor da diária justo. Localização excelente.
Pros:

Quartos amplos, serviço de mensageiro para nos ajudar com as malas. Limpeza dos quartos. Opções de restaurantes com comida maravilhosa. Café da manhã ótimo!

Pros:

O hotel em si é muito bonito, os espaços comuns como a recepção, o rooftop e a piscina muito bem pensados e decorados.

Cons:

Os quartos e os corredores não combinam com o restante, parecem já meio antigos. Enquanto que o mais importante estava limpo, nomeadamente os lençóis e as toalhas de banho, reparei em outras coisas que não estavam - o ralo da pia estava cheio de cabelos, que não eram meios … a janela do wc suja de uma gosma também.
De mencionar também que os cartões que permitem a circulação no elevador esta constantemente a desmagnetizar.

A localização é ótima, muito próximo da feirinha de boa viagem, muito fácil para achar comida, artesanato e próximo a praia

Cons:

No anúncio o hotel contava com estacionamento, mas chegando lá descobrimos que era pago, o que foi muito inconveniente dado que ter estacionamento incluso foi o que fez com que reservássemos o hotel

Pros:

Localização, café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

O hotel e os quartos são velhos (banheiro, decoração, janelas, tudo). Ar condicionado direcionado pra cama (ou você fica com calor ou fica resfriado). TV pequena. Chuveiro elétrico, sendo que todos hotéis são a gás. Janelas velhas que não fecham direito. O andar é muito quente e abafado - até chegar o elevador você já fica suando.
Reformaram o lobby, que é bonito, mas esqueceram do mais importante que são os quartos.
Pelo valor que paguei existem opções bem melhores!
