Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício!
Pros:

A localização é ótima (perto de tudo). O café da manhã excelente, com muita variedade. Quarto muito bom (espaçoso, cama confortável). A limpeza achei boa também.

Cons:

Não gostei do Wi-Fi (muita lenta a internet) e os cartões do hotel (muitas vezes falhou; inclusive ouvi reclamações de outros hóspedes também).

Quarto top, vista linda da cobertura, ótima localização.
Pros:

O espaço do quarto era muito grande, a cama era super confortável. Muitos locais para colocar malas, roupas, e até comer dentro do quarto. Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã farto e sensacional. Ótima localização, próximo a uma praça com comidas e uma feirinha.

Cons:

Do checkin, eu já tinha respondido um formulário por e-mail com as informações dos hospedes e tive q fazer tudo de novo na entrada, sendo q estávamos cansados e tivemos q fazer tudo de novo. Os cartões de acesso ao quarto e de acionamento dos elevadores estavam falhando e tive q tentar algumas vezes e até trocar por mais de um na recepção.

Muito boa, e com certeza vou voltar numa outra vinda para Recife. E recomendar para amigos.
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom e as comidas no Roof top excelentes e bons atendentes,muito simpaticos, apesar da quantidade de gente para atender. Não lembro do nome da atendente mulher, se era Patricia, mas ela sempre foi muito legal com todos que ela atendia, inclusive nas mesas vizinhas. Os cozinheiros, devem ser de alta qualidade, um dos melhores de Recife.

Cons:

A unica coisa que não gostei foi do chuveiro, a agua descia como se estivesse regando plantas, sem força nenhuma, eu estava no 14 andar. E para quem quer trabalhar, não tem muitas tomadas para colocar o Laptop e carregar celular.

Hotel muito bom e certamente ficará melhor
Pros:

Localização, café da manhã com várias opções, rooftop lindíssimo e atendimento dos funcionários dos restaurantes sempre simpáticos e disponíveis. Estão fazendo melhorias aos poucos e certamente vai melhorar ainda mais a experiência da estadia.

A vista é bonita e fica próximo a feirinha

Fiquei em um quarto que ao redor da porta de entrada era de vidro e em baixo tinha um espaço aberto em cada lado da porta, achei estranho demais e não achei seguro e não quis ficar naquele quarto,o isolamento acústico é péssimo acordei de madrugada com alguém empurrando algum móvel em cima de onde eu estava, dá pra ouvir tudo do corredor sem esforço nenhum. O elevador demora um século pra vir, como parece que tem 14 andares demora muito e cabe pouca pessoa, chegou um momento que preferi pegar a escada pois já estava indo para o terceiro elevador lotado. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, na máquina coloquei a opção capuccino e saiu uma água suja estranha horrivel,pelo o valor da acomodação poderia melhorar. Não me hospedaria novamente, já fiquei em melhores e bem mais acessíveis próximos a esse hotel.

Vieles wäre verbesserungsfähig.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück mit tollem Service von der Expressküche (Tapioca). Die Frau war immer gut drauf, selbst bei grossem Andrang.
Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar, aber… (siehe unten)

- Bestellte ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten, da sehr viel Auslegematerial dabei. Erhielt aber nur ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit 1 Doppelbett. Wurde dann abgewimmelt damit, dass mit 2 Betten nicht in dieser Preiskategorie vorhanden…
- Badezimmer sehr stickig, nur heisses Wasser von der Dusche, sowie ein Fenster, dass sich nicht öffnen lässt.
- Die Klimaanlage schwer zu steuern, ging in der Nacht mehrmals von alleine los!
- Der Dachpool ist ein Witz, wenn 2 Leute drin sind, kann man schwimmen gleich vergessen. Warum macht man etwa 2 Drittel der verfügbaren Fläche nur etwa 20 cm tief ???
- Dachrestaurant völlig überteuert, die einfacheren Sachen von der Karte im Zimmer erhält man dort nicht!
