Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays, check-in is after 18:30. Using a car is the best way to reach the hotel, which is located in an isolated area with limited public transport. The area is beautiful and scenic is amazing
The shower is very old, the sealing doesn't really exist and therefore the entire room became flooded after few minutes.
In addition, there is no way to control the heating temperature and it became quite hard to sleep.
Amazing location. Excellent hotel. Good places to eat around.

מיקום מושלם, חדר גדול ונוח, החדר והמלון מתוחזקים היטב, האוכל בבוקר ובשישי בערב טעים ובשפע. אחלה מלון ותמיד שמחה לחזור אליו אחת לשנה בחורף.
דבר אחד העיב על כל השהות ובלט מאד בהזנחה וזה הלכלוך הנורא בחדר השירותים של חדר האוכל. זוועת עולם. לא מכבד את האורחים וגם לא את המלון שבכל שאר הפרמוטים פשוט מעולה. אתם חייבים לתקן את העיוות הזה מרום גולן ואז תקבלו 10/10.

הזמנו סוויטה והמחיר היה גבוה ביחס למה שקיבלנו, מעבר לכל שהתקשרתי וביקשתי נוף וקיבלתי נוף למכוניות ולשביל , אין שרות חדרים מסודר כמו במלון ובעיקר הרבה ילדים שמשחקים כדור בכניסה לחדרים ואולי זה מתאים בעיקר למשפחות ולא לזוג שחגג יום אהבה. לא אהבתי כי זה אינו יוקרתי אך יקר!
