Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays, check-in is after 18:30. Using a car is the best way to reach the hotel, which is located in an isolated area with limited public transport. Amazing location, and the property is very organized, well-marked, and beautifully managed.
Very good breakfast.
Not suitable for work; breakfast is served very late. After a special request, they willingly served breakfast at 07:30, but not earlier than that.

חדרים מאד קטנים ואין אטימות רעש, חדר אוכל מרוחק מאד והרמה של האוכל לא מצדיקה את המחיר לארוחת ערב, היו צריכים לעדכן שהחדר אוכל לא במלון אלא חדר אוכל משותף בקיבוץ!
בקתות גדולות יחסית ונקיות. חצר יפה ומטופחת בין הבקתות, מלאה בעצים פורחים וצמחים מיוחדים (הגן הבוטני). הצוות היה נחמד וטיפל בכל הבקשות שלנו. האוכל היה מגוון וטעים. יש תצפית קרובה מאוד עם מקומות ישיבה לאגם בנטל.
בשבת המיחם היה נגיש רק בזמן שהקבלה היתה פתוחה, אז לשומרי שבת לא היה איך להשיג מים. ספציפית נערכנו מראש לכך, אבל כדאי לשים מיחם במקום שפתוח תמיד (תמ"ל, קפה).

The area is beautiful and scenic is amazing
The shower is very old, the sealing doesn't really exist and therefore the entire room became flooded after few minutes.
In addition, there is no way to control the heating temperature and it became quite hard to sleep.
Amazing location. Excellent hotel. Good places to eat around.

מיקום מושלם, חדר גדול ונוח, החדר והמלון מתוחזקים היטב, האוכל בבוקר ובשישי בערב טעים ובשפע. אחלה מלון ותמיד שמחה לחזור אליו אחת לשנה בחורף.
דבר אחד העיב על כל השהות ובלט מאד בהזנחה וזה הלכלוך הנורא בחדר השירותים של חדר האוכל. זוועת עולם. לא מכבד את האורחים וגם לא את המלון שבכל שאר הפרמוטים פשוט מעולה. אתם חייבים לתקן את העיוות הזה מרום גולן ואז תקבלו 10/10.
