Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Saturdays, check-in is after 18:30. Using a car is the best way to reach the hotel, which is located in an isolated area with limited public transport. יצאנו לחופשה משפחתית כדי ליהנות, אבל לצערי חזרנו מאוכזבים מאוד.

הזמנתי שלוש בקתות. בשעה 12:00 אף אחת מהן עדיין לא הייתה מוכנה. הסברתי לפקידת הקבלה, בחורה ממג׳דל שמס, שמצבי הבריאותי לא מאפשר לי להמתין זמן ממושך, וביקשתי לקבל בינתיים לפחות בקתה אחת. לצערי, לא הייתה מצדה התחשבות. בכל פעם שפנינו אליה, היא חזרה ואמרה: ״אני המנהלת״. היחס שלה היה לא נעים, עם פנים כעוסות וללא נכונות לעזור. זו הפעם הראשונה שנתקלתי ביחס כזה.

לזכותו של בחור נוסף מהגולן שעובד בקבלה, הוא כן ניסה לעזור לנו, ובסביבות השעה 13:00 קיבלנו בקתה אחת מתוך השלוש שהזמנו.

למחרת, כבר בשעה 10:30 בבוקר, עובדות הניקיון התחילו להיכנס לחדרים ולהגיד לנו לצאת כי הן צריכות לנקות. אחת מהן נכנסה לחדר של בני בזמן שהוא היה בשירותים. הוא התקשר אליי ואמר שיש עובדת בתוך החדר. גם לחדר של הבנות נכנסו. אני עדיין הייתי באמצע אריזת החפצים, והן כבר נכנסו והתחילו לנקות. לדבריהן, הקבלה שלחה אותן להתחיל בניקיון.

הרגשנו שמזרזים אותנו לצאת בלי לכבד את הפרטיות שלנו. לא נהנינו מהשהות, ובגלל היחס הזה לא אחזור למקום. חבל על כל שקל ששילמנו.

ארוחת בוקר מעולה
בריכת שחייה נפלאה , ערסלים כסאות נוח מדשאה גדולה כל כפר הנופש ממוקם בגן בוטני מעניין עשיר בצל ומגוון ענק של עצים שיחים ופרחים. חנות האמנים מתוקה וממש מרתקת! וכל מה שתרצה תמצא בצרכניה!

Cons:

נחמד היה אם היינו מוצאים במקרר חלב ובנוסף לשני בקבוקי מים… וגם בסכום אפשר לשים סכין לקילוף פירות וחיתוכם. ממש קשה לקלף עם סכיני אוכל.
