Good price
Too basic but ok if you just want a bed for the night
Self check in, it was very useful for travelling up to Yorkshire for slamdunk festival.
Atleast one member of staff present there.

The place was run down. Poor.
Location. Bed comfortable- I was knackered so much appreciated . Linen clean. Quiet considering motorway so close. Great soundproofing!
Tired decor. No staff at reception (I hadn’t clocked that when booking). Underwhelming. Note advised that shower steam can make fire alarms go off! Huh?! And no staff on site if they did go off. TV glitched on every channel so couldn’t watch anything for any length of time which wasn’t the end of the world as was so tired but would have been nice to be able to have watched spring watch before I nodded off and, if sorted, might make the next guest’s stay better if they could watch tv.
It was cosy and quiet. Very clean.
The kettle didn't have a filter so couldn't have a coffee in the morning.
There’s no breakfast now and we only saw one member of staff but she was friendly and efficient l we have stayed before and use it quite often as it’s near our relatives.

The message ahead of our stay was sent to a former colleague despite us having transferred the booking. The hotel itself felt very dated and unwelcoming and elements of the room felt unclean.
No food available..do no breakfast offered
The bed was disgraceful...an absolute joke... I'm fuming that you think that mattress is fit for purpose...it needs to go in a skip now...your local competition will be so happy you treat your customers to a night of no sleep...they get the rewards.

Really comfortable place for an overnight stay, totally comfortable , relaxed and easy.
