It’s very basic
For a price, it is more than enough, close to Leeds/Wakefield and on main road so can take a bus easily.
It was set back from the main road. The man who greeted us was kind and friendly

Really enjoyed the room, tidy and lovely location. We slept like babies even with being near the motorway and a open window. Would 100% stay here again!

As I used to live in the area it was perfect for me catching up with old friends,the guy that was looking after the hotel (due to long term staff sickness was amazing,do helpful and friendly
Basic hotel room,I stayed for 3 weeks,it had a kettle,and a TV,the signal on the TV was appalling,a microwave would have been helpful
