Excellent value very clean. Great location
Pros:

Excellent location on leeds road. Warm welcome. Free WiFi. Coffee and tea available with biscuits. Very large room and large bathroom walk in shower. TV stations poor but had WiFi for computer so I was ok . No breakfast but cafe recommended for breakfast. Which by the way was really good sit in or takeaway

TV could have been more channels.
