Cons:

Ralo do box entupido e o cheiro desagradável do banheiro. A área de café da manhã pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes. Os elevadores lotados. O valor cobrado é bem alto para apresentar falhas.

Pelo custo poderia ser melhor.

Cafe da manhã bom, quarto limpinho, toalhas bem limpas

Cons:

O estacionamento é a céu aberto, não tem pavimentação, não tem entrada para o hotel, tem que dar a volta e entrar pela recepção, o travesseiro é muito duro, a recepção é desconfortável, o check-in é muito demorado, banheiro é antigo, o encamento do prédio faz barulho a noite toda. A televisão só pega meia dúzia de canais chatos, não tem manobrista.

Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom. Vista do quarto incrível. Localização muito boa (perto da basílica e de restaurantes).

Cons:

Não possui tanto isolamento acústico da área externa (rua). Um elevador estava quebrado durante um dia do final de amanhã (dia de maior movimento), o que tumultuava a subida e descida do quarto.
