beautiful old property in prime location in Sòller
Pros:

Location is unparalleled. Unfortunately it was too hot during my stay to utilize the balcony onto the town central plaza, but all the noises were cancelled by the excellent doors they installed.

Cons:

Entry is through the cafe and feels a tad awkward. After hours entry requires opening exterior door in large wooden gate, feels a bit like breaking and entering.

Our penthouse felt like it was straight out of a fairytale movie as our balcony oversees the Soller cathedral! Overall, the place was so comfortable, cooking, very central and walkable to everywhere that we needed to go, 10/10!

Cons:

Just some bathroom smell that needs fixing - eegardless, it was an absolutely amazing stay!

Hacia muchisimo calor y el aire no hechaba y ojo para aparcar porque es zona ZBE. El precio es exagerado para lo que es aun estando asi de bien ubicado.

Posizione ottima, anche il design della struttura, molto bello. Pulita e letti comodi.

Cons:

La doccia era un po' vecchia e rotta. Ci hanno fatto pagare le 2 bottiglie piccole di acqua della camera (3€ ogni bottiglia), di solito ogni hotel offre 2 bottiglie piccole agli ospiti.

Ubicación y personal muy amable

Cons:

Hotel y habitación muy antigua , estuvimos alojados tres días y solo nos limpiaron la habitación un día , el otro día se olvidaron, pagamos aparcamiento para todos los días y uno de los días mi plaza estaba ocupada por otro coche , gracias al personal del hotel buscaron una solución.
Las plazas de parking son extremadamente pequeñas.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, especially when it came to assisting us with our luggage and carrying our suitcases upstairs. We truly appreciated their assistance and hospitality. The only area that could be improved would be communication, as responses to our messages were sometimes delayed.

Cons:

The building is quite old and, unfortunately, there was no kitchen or even basic kitchenware available. It would have been nice to have at least a few plates, forks, and spoons for preparing or having something quick to eat. Parking was also quite difficult in the area, which was a little inconvenient.
