Personal, Einrichtung, danke.

Strassenseitig- oder auch nur halb strassenseitig ist der Verkehrslärm kaum zu ertragen.

Aufenthalt war ganz in Ordnung
Pros:

Zimmer groß und sauber, personal soweit vorhanden freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück im partnerhotel super.

Cons:

Personal musste erst vom Partnerhotel kommen, frühstück war im Partnerhotel, Bar nach 21.00 uhr nicht besetzt

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, das Zimmer äußerst geräumig und sauber. Mittlerweile fast überraschend, gab es sogar einen sehr geräumigen Kasten. Ein Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank im Zimmer hätten den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Cons:

Den Check-in musste ich aufgrund später Anreise im Partnerhotel (etwa 5min entfernt) machen. Das war etwas umständlich jedoch wurde dies bereits bei der Buchung kommuniziert und das Personal in beiden Hotels war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Kein Personal vor Ort, wir mussten im Partnerhotel einchecken. Dies hat nur mit einigen Umwegen geklappt.

Okay, but bad problem solving.
Pros:

Good location, fine breakfast.

Cons:

I had problems with the booking, I asked the Hotel, got no answer, so I booked a shorter period for safety reasons. Three different staff members promised me help. After, they wanted to give me much higher price for the remaining day. There is a bad message in this.

Grosses, gutbesuchtes Hotel mit allem Komfort, aber laut
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal, mehrsprachig und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, alles vorhanden.
Einfacher check-in, zum Glück ein Zimmer zur Innenstadt, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstrasse liegt.

Cons:

Nachts Lärm einer Jugendgruppe im Haus, bis 5 Uhr in der Früh, Beschwerde hat nichts genutzt. Eine Nacht umsonst, da nicht geschlafen.

Wenn schon beim CheckIn bezahlt werden muss.
Die Buchung ist durch die Kreditkarte garantiert.
Es ist unnötig, den Kunden für vermutlich betrügerisch zu erklären, indem man ihm die Rechnung präsentiert, bevor er eine Leistung in Anspruch genommen hat oder nur schon sein Zimmer gesehen hat.
4 Sterne sind deutlich zuviel für dieses Hotel, das nichts bietet ausser Übernachtung.
