This hotel got much worse!
Pros:

The rooms are spacious.
The lights can be controlled by a console on the side table.
Smart TV provided.

Cons:

The girl at the reception tried to downgrade me with a smaller and dirtier room.
After an hour from the check in I realised that there's also no internet and the room is totally different from the pictures on Booking (no sofa, smaller bed, smaller room, smaller bathroom, damaged curtains and bedsheets, etc...).
When I told this to the receptionist, she turned verbally aggressively at me, by saying that I always complain.
I've been a regular customer for about 8 years and I genuinely do not remember complaining at all. Indeed I asked her more about it and she claimed to have "her own reasons" to disrespect me, with other customers present at the desk. I asked what the reasons were and I got no answer. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said there's no manager, which I consider a huge red flag. She's free to behave unprofessionally at any time with zero consequences, towards a customer who's been diagnosed with anxiety (I told her when I tried to understand the reasons for her behaviour, but she kept going regardless).
Anyway I'm happy that I discovered a much better hotel next door who's treating us amazingly and has much higher standards at the same price.
At Solo Hotel the walls are paper thin, the bedsheets had many stains, the towels were damaged and dirty, the swimming pool was dirty, no umbrellas, no tuk tuk offered, they don't even provide drinking water anymore and you have to pay 110 baht for a small laundry when I get it for free at the other hotel.

Voor in de buurt van Nana een goed plek qua prijs/kwaliteit
Pros:

Locatie aan het einde van de straat zodat het rustig is en in de buurt van Bentakki Forest Park

Cons:

Kamer was heel erg warm bij binnenkomst.
