Pros:

Accueil et personnel sympathique,bonne implantation géographique,chambre confortable.

Cons:

Manque de personnel de service au restaurant les hauts de Lille,soirée très longue (2h à table pour un menu imposé pour la saint Valentin).La serveuse était très agréable et professionnelle et a fait de son mieux avec les moyens proposés,merci à elle.

Service accueil et bagagerie sont peu crédibles Le restauant est ok
Pros:

Restaurant et chambres de très bons niveaux.

Cons:

En fin de séjour ce dimanche 7/12, le service bagage a égaré 3 objets . Puis les a retrouvés ultérieurement après notre départ. Ils sont en attente à Lille.
Une autre partie a été subtilisé - vêtements de prix. Suite à notre plainte écrite, avec copie des factures des objets disparus, nous attendons à réponse du directeur.
