Excessif !!!!
Pros:

On constate une absence de produits d’hygiène de base dans la salle de bain, notamment du savon. Les installations du spa présentent des dysfonctionnements : les douches ne sont pas opérationnelles, il n’y a aucune indication permettant de distinguer l’eau chaude de l’eau froide, et le service global du spa est jugé insuffisant.le calcaire sur les mitigeurs et pomme de douche

Cons:

Le tarif du parking apparaît excessif pour une clientèle qui n’a d’autre alternative. De même, le prix du petit-déjeuner est particulièrement élevé. Il est par ailleurs facturé avec un supplément de 5 € lorsqu’il est servi en chambre, ce qui semble difficilement justifiable pour une nuitée à 220 €, même dans un établissement cinq étoiles.
Paradoxalement, des jetons pour le casino sont offerts, ce qui s’apparente davantage à une incitation à la consommation supplémentaire qu’à une réelle attention envers le client.

Perfect
Pros:

Personeel en met name het ontvangst. Daarnaast hadden ze cadeautje geregeld voor de jarige. Ik vond oprecht een uistekende service. We voelden ons speciaal door de klantvriendelijkheid

L'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas, pas de pancarte ni d'information préalable pour nous prévenir. Petit déjeuner correct et de qualité mais pas incoyable pour un 5*. Peu d'équipements pour un 5*.

Pros:

Accueil et personnel sympathique,bonne implantation géographique,chambre confortable.

Cons:

Manque de personnel de service au restaurant les hauts de Lille,soirée très longue (2h à table pour un menu imposé pour la saint Valentin).La serveuse était très agréable et professionnelle et a fait de son mieux avec les moyens proposés,merci à elle.
