The room was modern and comfortable

I thought the staff could have been a little friendlier… more selection for breakfast would’ve been nice such as donuts and something hot to eat such as scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy or waffles.. bath mats for the tub as it was really slippery when you get in..

about a 6 out of ten, prices trying toi be conpetive
Pros:

The place was empty there were 4 other hotels within rock throwing distance in the same parking lot ,quality, day Inn, fairfield etc.
The first room they gave me the AC couldn't keep the room cool. ( It was 110 outside). The second room they gave me on the shadow side room remained cool. Staff was local native tribes, they were nice. but no office PC so I couldn't pull up the maps
I wanted, and the staff had limited PC knowledge, of how to print what I wanted off there PCX. But they tried :)

Cons:

ALL THE HOTELS you travel in now have worn out mattress's. from people sitting watching TV. like a hole you put your head in.
The beds here were no different, I had to sleep with my head at the bed foot , so I wouldn't get sick. The second room had a
large dead cockroach. ( to be expected ) with cleaning and spraying.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was exactly as pictured. It was huge, clean with fresh paint. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. You can tell renovations were recently completed. I felt safe in the room as a solo traveler and the bagel bar was perfect. The ladies in the front were very nice

Cons:

The hotel is located near two other fairly large hotels. Spark has the same owners as the LA Quinta inn directly behind it. The surrounding lots are very run down, the Denny's next door was recently closed and on the last night someone followed me to the hotel, got out, beelined towards me and tried to strike up a conversation...no one was around. That freaked me out. There is no security at all. I would have given more stars and a higher rating if it wasnt for that. It also appears housekeeping only makes rounds weekly, if that's a concern. I didnt care because I usually put the do not disturb sign up

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay. The pillows were too soft. The price was a little higher than i wanted to pay.

Staff was great but amenities were definitely lacking for the price being charged.
Pros:

It was in a good location. The room was actually great. The staff were all very helpful during my interactions.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't what I would expect from Hilton. I stayed twice within a month and one time the washer was broken the next the dryer. I cant believe there was only one of each, for almost 600 for the weekend I expected to be able to wash clothes after my travel.

Nothing.. didn't stay in the 2 rooms given

The guy who didn't want to wake up to help at window.. arrived at 1 something in the morning.. he first told me I didn't have a reservation, I showed him I did and already paid for 2 rooms.. asked for DL again, rolled his eyes gave me 2 rooms, 1 on each floor.. me, my 4 kids and 4 grandkids staying.. gave me 2 keys, I asked for more since 5 adults and he huffed and rolled eyes again.. we didn't stay.. didn't get any refund.. Will never attempt to stay there again or any other like it!!!!!!!

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking in protein other than boiled egg or yogurt, but was good for a grab and go breakfast. The WIFI didn't connect but I was not needing it so it wasn't an issue for us. Unfortunately the pool was not open.

Cons:

The free breakfast is awful! No variety; boring; stale' yuk We didn't even use that perk and that is one of reasons we booked with you. We had children with us and it save us money and time to have free breakfast on the premises.
