What a fabulous hotel! The city center location is excellent! The staff is brilliant and hospitable. The included breakfast had a wonderful assortment of delicious food on buffet and the Italian coffee was truly superb! I also loved that they had a harpist performing in the dining area. It made the experience next level. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return.
The roof bar but beware it’s very popular in the area and you have to book a table

Very welcoming, and attentive service. Fabulous room overlooking courtyard. Variety of breakfast items was great! Rooftop bar was a bonus for pre- dinner drinks in the sun. 10/10 location!
The location of this hotel is perfect. The the main sights of Milan can be reached on foot. The staff are helpful and polite and the breakfast has a good variety and is generous. The Roof Top bar is delightful and a great place for a lunch or evening drink.
The Roof Top bar is excellent for both food, drink and atmosphere however it does not match the photos online. Perhaps these should be updated

I believe some renovation would be helping
Great location, a short walk to the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala and the pedestrian zones around La Brera quartiere with all the trattorias and fabulous Pinoteca art museum. Hotel has a really nice rooftop bar/lounge. Room wasn't too large but ok, windows shut out street noise. Really good breakfast spread and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
Minor thing - The shower/tub floor is higher than the floor of the bathroom so stepping in or out you need to be careful.
Average room. Roof leaked onto our bag from a broken aircon. Shower door didn’t close properly. Light didn’t work.

Great location, easy walk to all of the central attractions. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff at reception.
Sadly the gym was closed, without warning. The roof is beautiful but only open in the evenings, would have been good to have breakfast/coffee up there during the day.
The breakfast and staff there was very good.
The "Jr suite" was just a little larger than a regular room. A small couch without room for a coffee table. The carpet was old and didn't seem very clean. The shower would not drain leaving the bathroom floor with a puddle everyday. The A/C didn't work when we got there, thankfully they for it fixed because I was told there would not be another room to move to.
