Definitely far from being a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The staff is very nice and helpful!

Cons:

Very old property, the beds in the rooms are with wheels and actually more while you sleep at night, very uncomfortable. The breakfast is less than basic, very scarce, very very limited options.

Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica junto a parada de bus (Granada), supermercado y bares.

Cons:

Hay que dar bastantes vueltas para encontrar aparcamiento cercano. Para acceder con carrito al hotel se debe hacer por la puerta de la cafetería y justo en el lateral han montado una mesa de corte de jamones que dificulta la entrada.

Cons:

Habitación doble es pequeña, con cama de matrimonio de 1,35 cm y estrecha para colocar una cama supletoria por la que te cobran 20€ adicionales.
En el pasillo de la planta tercera hay goteras

La ubicación, las zonas comunes y el restaurante

Cons:

La cama era la mas incómoda en la que he estado.Además , entendemos que era Nochebuena, pero estuvimos más de 30minutos tocando al volver, y no nos abrían.
