Friendly staff, but hotel needs to upgrade

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Mold in tub. Phone in room didn’t work. Talk to other guests in my party and their phones didn’t work either. Tub in new room had rust.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. There were signs of wear, like rust spots, in the bath. The breakfast was mediocre; the only option for pancake syrup was sugar free, which not everyone likes, the eggs were dry, etc...

Pros:

I really enjoy myself and just stay there again

Cons:

The elevator was not working I got stuck on it the very first night I'm very claustrophobic and it was sad we had to kick it in order to open it every time we got on it and it never got fixed the whole weekend that was the only bad part the rest I enjoyed
