メインロードに面した立地の良いホテル。
Don't think about to book this hotel it's terrible
There charge a lot and service very poor
Good location with nice restaurant. Friendly staff. However, the power for the hotel keeps cutting in and out throughout the evening.
Receptionist was really rude and room was appallingly dirty. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel previously. Receptionist was downright hostile when I complained about the wifi and said he can't do anything about it. The first room they showed me didn't have a working tv, bathroom was completely unclean and wifi didn't work. Then when I asked to speak with the manager the receptionist started told me to take his number and call him directly in a very rude fashion. I spoke to the manager and complained upon which I was upgraded to a suite room which had dirty bedsheets an unclean bathroom and weird odor. I was too tired to deal with the situation anymore and had I not prepaid for the booking would have walked next door to the novotel and checked in there.
Off season stay in late April as a couple. Hotel was 70% empty at least. Reception was awful, no help, stared at us entering and leaving. Could not give me change of 30 rupees on leaving so I was forced to leave this small tip in spite of the shocking treatment. Toilet broke and we were told to move at 11.30pm at night. On day of checkout we got a call at 11.01am to leave even though they had arranged a taxi for 11.30, and the hotel was empty!!! Very uncomfortable stay, I believe as we were not of Indian origin. Never ever again.
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We had a pleasant experience. Nice clean Hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety but was quite good.
Was using the hotel as a fill in for three days before moving to another place. Have been to goa last 4 years and saw this place being built. Considering its less than 4 years old it's very shoddy.
I got a reasonable price considering it was new year, but would be gutted if I'd paid much more. In addition, a family member also Had booked in, but their flight had been delayed due to issues in gatwick. They informed the hotel and said they would still pay for the night booked, but they were also charged a retainer at almost twice the price! Became an expensive stay. Hopefully their insurance will cover it due to the delay.
Overall a tatty hotel that needs to up its game....
Dont go for this place. They charge heavily for every small item. At the price they are charging, they dont even give you half of the facilities expected
The hotel is very near to candolim beach. A normal decent hotel with decent amenities such as a small swimming pool.
A great deal if you don't want to spend too much on stay. Rooms are decent & comfortable but slightly small.
Comfortable stay, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. Overall great experience.
The hotel is close to the beach and located along a main road. It has a decent restaurant, friendly staff and is clean. Taxis available outside and a small hospital is just up the road if needed. Would stay here again.
This hotel was very good for what I wanted .. A reasonably priced hotel close to the beach and restaurants. It's very well maintained and comfortable. When I checked in they said to just hang the clean my room now sign on the door and it would be done. Which was nice, as you don't always want someone coming in by default when you are on holiday.
The staff were very good, very polite.
Breakfast was basic, but that was ok. It's too easy to eat too much in candelim anyhow. Shower only, if you have little ones. Easy transfers to airport. About 45 minutes. Full sky tv .. Nice to collapse after a hot day on the beach and relax before dinner.
Room was clean but a bit cramped compared to anything else in GOA and nothing is free.
i had a nice stay. Would like to stay again and recommend the friends also
Over all i liked the place for its cleanliness. The rooms were good and clean. The bed was very comfortable. All in all the place was worth the money spend.
The staff was great and assisting. Room service was quick.
5 minute walk to the beach; staff in the restaurant made the stay worthwhile - very friendly & helpful. Menu needs updating - breakfast buffet not continental but is available on request. Rooms a bit small but clean. Hotel is 20 min walk from "tourist" area so nice & quiet.
The hotel is at a nice location on the road, near Candolim beach. Kalangute beach is only couple of kilometers away. The room was small but has balcony and most importantly was very clean. The staff was polite (they should smile though). They arrange site tours and also hiring of scooters/bikes. The stay was value for money. Only negative point was breakfast. The food was getting over quickly and they were not replacing it making people wait. The variety was also limited. But overall it was okay not a major negative.
No private beach. have to use the public beach. Certainly that is disappointing.
After a painful 12 hr bus ride to Panjim, we took a taxi to reach the hotel. Even though the hotel was relatively unknown to the locals, it was fairly easy to find since it is located right on the main road.
At the hotel, we were greeted with a much needed welcome drink and we checked into the hotels. We weren't particularly happy with the allocated rooms, but a room capacity of just 30 left us with no other choice.
Rooms are compact, furnished with AC, TV, a decent-sized cupboard and locker. The small attached bathroom is just about functional with hot water available all through the day. Toiletries provided by the hotel are of poor quality, so its better to carry your own.
There is a scope of improvement in the house keeping department. Upon check-in we noticed that the bathroom wasn't clean, which left a bad impression.
Location-wise the hotel is very convenient. Its just five minutes walk to the Candolim beach. One can reach the more popular beaches Calangute/Baga after 15-20 minutes along the beach. There are numerous restaurants, stores within walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel staff is polite but can be unhelpful at times. Specifically, we were looking for transportation through the hotel but we found the staff to be very reluctant to help us out. So we were left to look out for transportation on our own.
We had a couple of meals at the hotel's restaurant. Restaurant service is good and we didn't have any complaints about the food.
