At the check-out they charged me twice by mistake.My mood was ruined.No one apologized.They told me to come tomorrow morning and solve my problem.They next day next day the administration promised to solve the problem with payment .But I still haven’t received my money.No one contacted me
Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly and respectful. View and location were great.
Food choices especially on breakfast wasn’t diverse. Heating in room was malfunctioning and we struggled to lower down the temperature down

Не понравилась спа зона она выглядит не презентабельно для отеля пять звёзд, в номере не понравилось что был не полный комплект халатов на количество человек так же с полотенцами и другими принадлежностями. Так же ручка в туалете отвалилась сразу как мы зашли в него, так же картины уже не держатся на стене должным образом и последнее забытая еда в мини баре другими людьми (которую не убрал персонал клининга).
