Nice hotel, very comfortable bed, large room with a nice view, very nice external pool, perfect position.
The breakfast was quite deceiving and unsuitable for five star Hotel: no fresh juices, very limited sweet and pastry selection, very little fruit choice, bad coffee. The air conditioning at the gym was not working.

The staff are extremely cold, indifferent, and unhelpful. Seeing large flies in the breakfast area is completely normal, which reflects the poor hygiene standards. The housekeeping is very poor; bed sheets are rarely changed, and room cleaning takes no more than two minutes. The bathroom is covered with mold and limescale. Even basic amenities such as a toothbrush are not provided, and you may have to ask ten times before someone finally brings them. The Turkish bath, sauna, and swimming pool are old, worn out, and practically unusable. Worst of all is the attitude of the staff, who are unfriendly, careless, and show little interest in helping guests. In many areas of the hotel, buckets have been placed to collect water leaking from the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
