Booking den tesisde öde almama rağmen doluluk oranı fazla bahanesi ile kartımdan haberim olmadan 2 gün önce ödeme almışlar. Odamdaki saç kurutma makinası çalışmıyordu. Taharet musluğu arızalıydı. Bu konular dışında herhangi bir problem yokdu.

Faded glory behind a facade of grandeur.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The bed in the room was very good. The breakfast was quite decent as well.

Cons:

The hotel’s interior was noticeably outdated and in need of refurbishment, particularly the spa, which appeared neglected and unhygienic. The steam room had an unpleasant odor, while the sauna showed signs of makeshift repairs and was missing some items.

The room also had poor noise insulation, with a visible gap between the closed window and its frame allowing outside noise in. A photo showing the closed window is included below.

Overall, the property did not meet the standard we would expect from a five-star Sheraton hotel.

Отличное размещение. Хорошее обслуживание. Давай бассейна для отдыха с детьми очень хорошо. Отличный отель вообщем.

1. Отель уже немного старый, часть мебели и отделки уже требуют ремонта. 2. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия на завтраках. Жили две недели, завтраки надоели. Меню одно и тоже

Номер был забронирован в марте,предоставили номер на 10 этаже,с битым зеркалом,но это пол беды,дискотека в 100 метрах от отеля и гремит она до 6 утра,вы просно не сможете спать,либо идти тусить до утра,или менять отель!Завтрак тоже оставляет желать лучшего!Никому не советую этот отель
