Понравилось расположение гостиницы, хороший завтрак, чистота в номерах.

Cons:

Проживали 14-19 июня 2026. При бронировании попросили тихий номер, однако нас заселили в номер на 5 этаже откуда с 3 этажа работали шумно внешние блоки кондиционеров от Казино, на крыше 3 этажа лежало огромное количество строительных материалов, плохая шумоизоляция окна была, поэтому от дождя всю ночь не спали. На следующий день нас переселили на 9 этаж в 902 номер. В комнате сначала не работал пульт управления кондиционером, потом в 22.00 обнаружили что и вода в умывальнике совсем не уходит. Пришлось вызвать техперсонал 2 раза чтобы устранить проблемы. Из-за этого во время не легли спать и не выспались , так как рано утром выезд на экскурсии был. Ходить в номере раздетым днём невозможно, так как по строительным лесам ходят рабочие и заглядывают в номера! На следующий день , 15.06 вечером пошли в бар на 20 этаже заказали: чай, тирамису и стакан лимонада, при оплате принесли счёт без расшифровки, после просьбы расшифровать сумму заказа , принесли счёт как за Grilled Vegetables, Big Fruit Plate, Open Food. Счёт 935520087. На вопрос почему указаны другие блюда, внятного ответа не получили. В итоге: Корректный счёт нам выдать отказались. На следующий день отнесли чек на ресепшн с просьбой разобраться. Позже менеджер Меги Жгенти сказала что нам дали чужой счёт, получается взяли деньги по этому счёту 2 раза наличный и безналичный? Полагаем, для гостиницы Sheraton это неприемлемо.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel. I'm here for five days. We started off badly when I was given a room with a non-working air conditioner. After not being answered several times, I had to go down to reception to explain the situation until they changed my room. Now the room is pleasant and inviting. Overall, a central place close to the city, within walking distance of everything. The gym is great, the pool is heated and inviting inside the hotel, and the massage is really good.

The swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. A special thank you to the lady working there, who was constantly cleaning and organizing the area with a warm smile and a positive attitude.

The reception staff were polite and helpful, although they often seemed very tired. They spend long hours standing throughout the day, and I believe the property should provide chairs for them. From a human perspective, it is difficult and unreasonable for employees to remain standing for so many hours without the opportunity to sit and rest occasionally.

Cons:

We arrived at 11:00 AM and had requested early check-in the day before, but received no response. Upon arrival, we were told that early check-in was not possible because the hotel was fully booked.
Our room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 PM, but we only received it at 3:50 PM. This was especially difficult as we had been traveling all night with our 6-year-old child and were very tired.
The room was not very clean. The carpet and furniture had visible stains, and although the bed linens were washed, they still had marks on them. Housekeeping only made the bed, emptied the trash, and changed towels. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and did not seem to be properly cleaned.
