My stay was excellent
Pros:

As soon as I checked in Paige was so sweet,understanding and caring. She saw I was a single mom of 4 and did great things for me I appreciated. She made me so comfortable. Terra was also great good customer service . Those are 2 really sweet women who you can tell not only love what they do but made sure you felt welcomed. I didn’t wanna go home.🥺I’ll be back to see you guys again ❤️

The stay in its self was ok wish management would have taken the time to meet with me about a future block booking.

Ask to speak to the manager two different times about booking rooms for my son’s wedding and she never made an effort to speak to me.

Courtyards used to be nice to stay in early 90s, not so much these days

When I arrived to check in the gentleman at the desk said my payment wasn’t accepted online and when I told him it was taken out of my account he insisted that I had to pay again, the room that I had reserved allegedly had a broken tv so they moved me rooms but it was a room with what I believe to be a Queen mattress when it was supposed to be a King.

Pleasant, Accommodating Hotel with outstanding Staff!
Pros:

The STAFF WAS AMAZING! So kind and attentive! In a time such as Christmas, not a single one of them showed displeasure in being there. I find that incredibly comforting at such a high stress time of year. I extended my stay because I couldn't imagine creating a repore with any other staff!

Cons:

If I'm honest, I'd say the sheets aren't the softest and the pillows are sub-par. They are tolerable..given my extended stay. It still has a feel of home away from home!
