It was really a combination of Booking.com and the hotel. I had requested a handicapped room as I am in a wheelchair. We wanted a king size bed, but we got two queens. We had to upgrade our room to have room to move around in it and that cost us an additional $300 the lady in charge at the hotel gave us vouchers for $60 each to eat at breakfast at the bistro which made the extra $300 . I believe next time I am in charge of the trip. I will go directly to the hotel and look at the rooms before booking a room.

Inconvenient.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We had to reuse towels, because we did not receive any new ones after asking twice. Both key cards stopped working and we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes to have them fixed.

The staff was wonderful the whole hotel was disgusting the pool was closed the elevator ac was broken the walls were so dirty and the carpet our room was so bad we had to change rooms. Wallpaper was peeling the shower was broken the bathroom door would not shut and the sheets were sticky from all the condensation. The pool was closed and the light in the bathroom flickered. This place needs new management and a remodel I wasted money staying here

Great stay could ne amazing but it was great!
Pros:

The staff here is a 20 out of 1 to 10! Very helpful, kind, and great personalities. The hot tub and pool was really nice and the room was great!

Cons:

These employees are AMAZING! They deserve to work at an amazing property but this hotel was really nice but needs some updates. Although I will bring my family back here for sure!
