Great stay could ne amazing but it was great!
Pros:

The staff here is a 20 out of 1 to 10! Very helpful, kind, and great personalities. The hot tub and pool was really nice and the room was great!

Cons:

These employees are AMAZING! They deserve to work at an amazing property but this hotel was really nice but needs some updates. Although I will bring my family back here for sure!

Overall it was a great stay
Pros:

Everything was great as far as staff, room and night bar drinks and the bar tender. Our checkin guy was very lively and funny.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Marriott Courtyard, Tyler TX. TWO HUGE PROBLEMS HERE.
FIRST, It is midnight. Loud music has been going on for hours from a “family reunion. I have complained several times in person the front desk. NO RESPONSE. I MISERABLE. I cannot sleep due to the base sound.
SECOND, there was a live cockroach in the bathtub. I told the front desk and the clerk said he would kill it for me. Too late, I told him, since I already did!
I will NEVER stay here again.

Greatful
Pros:

"Court", front desk evening welcome, I was dealing with a very difficult family death from out of state and Every night Court was there smiling giving excellent service , help with the laundryvand a hug every night upon returning for the evening. I could not of made it with out Court and the rest of your staff..ALL Excellent!

Cons:

Not clean, room was too dark, no tissues, everything is worn and old looking. Staff not friendly. Windows are so clouded you can’t see out. Electric fan running in the hallway on our floor.

Property, staff, and rooms are nice, pillows need to be upgraded.
Pros:

The staff was nice and welcoming, the room was a good size and clean. The snack area in lobby is a great option to have.

Cons:

The sheets on the bed felt damp, the bed was hard woke up sore and the pillows had lost all their fluff along with feeling damp.

A very good hotel, will stay again.
Pros:

Like the rooms, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

When we come to my room the door was open, thought they give it to some else, but cone to find out the door didnt close well. The bathroom was clean but the water didnt drain well while taking a shower.
