Pros:

location was right opposite hakata train station, not far from Tenjin and Nakasu either. Lots to do around. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped me contact the previous hotel when I had misplaced an item.

I would stay here again and would recommend this as a beautiful hotel to stay in Fukuoka.
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were friendly knowledgeable and professional. Our room was beautifully presented and quiet, room facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bit of a let down….selection was ok but felt staff were not as friendly and wanted to rush you out asap! A different standard to the reception staff. Bar was also another let down, atmosphere was cold and unappealing and staff were still not the same friendly standard as reception staff.

Amazing hotel with very good location!
Pros:

Good sized rooms, very clean and modern facility, very close to Hakata station! Love everything about it!

No coin laundry machine (but they have hotel laundry service)

Cons:

洗面所と、クローゼット、トイレの配置が少しわかりにくく使いにくい感じがした。
洗面所とトイレは近接していたほうが良いと思いました。
