For $766. for 4 days it was not worth the money. Very disappointing.

Very good! Closed too early!

Cons:

The rug in the room was filthy. The bottom of our feet,were black.
The hallway,rug was also filthy.
Reserved a walk in shower and got a bathtub with shower chair!!
Instructions for use of window shade need to be printed out. Had to call to find the button, then again to raise. It was backwards.

Unable to stay due to our dogs
Pros:

We were unable to stay at this facility because we brought our two small dogs, at the last minute. They cancelled our reservation and sent us to the Hampton inn across the street!! They were a little miffed at us!

TERRIBLE HOTEL, TERRIBLE MANAGER AND IHG NO HELP
Pros:

This hotel is undergoing renovations. The hallway carpets appear very dirty, trim molding is down and overall shabby feeling. Also smells like sewage. Beds were okay - towels are thin and bear minimum. Floors in shower were dirty as was under the sink area. Most expensive holiday inn we stayed at on our cross country trip. Called IHG to complain and they said they had no idea the hotel was doing renovations. Told to call general manager Akash. Finally got him today ( he did not call me as I was told he would). He was belingerant and said that IHG lied to me since they have to approve a hotel to undergo renovations. Said he has signs up but NOT LISTED on website so too late to cancel when you pull up. Manager was very nasty and NO help. Told me it was up to IHG to refund my money not them. IHG says it is out of their control they don't own the hotels. AUGHHH!! Poor custom service all around. DO NOT GO HERE

Pros:

The staff members were so very helpful. I was stuck because of car trouble and they quickly and cheerfully helped extend my stay. They really do an amazing service!
