網站照片裡房間雖然不新穎至少光線充足，實際入住發現房內燈光昏暗甚至有沒亮燈的部份。整體感覺不太舒服。直接下樓表示無法入住要退房時，櫃檯人員告知即使不住一樣要收費，直到我們表明網站上早已扣款且連宿泊金都付了，人員才改成一直強調無法退費，但其實
