Pros:

17Fでの朝食は最高でした。大阪の昔ながらの名物のお料理が特に美味しかったです。そして、フロアー全体明るく座席も広々して、窓も大きく開放感があり、景色が最高でした。到着早々いろいろあり、気分が沈みがちだったけれど、そのマイナスをしっかりカバーしてくれる朝食で、明るい気分になりました。
7時開始直後に行き、窓際に座れたことも大きかったと思います。

Cons:

最初に案内されたお部屋は、窓は大きかったのですが、全く眺望が無く暗い感じでした。静かかもしれないけれど、よくこんな裏部屋みたいな所に案内するなと思いました。また、ベッドの上に置いてあるルームウェアを見ると、もう何ヶ月もこの部屋の利用がないのか、黄色くまだらに黄ばんでいて、本当にびっくりしました。あまりに酷いので、部屋の変更を希望しました。次に案内された部屋は、窓は狭いけれど、しっかり天王寺の駅周辺が見られて、その点は良かったのですが、お部屋入った所の姿見の鏡にベタベタ手型が付いていて、全体が白く曇っていて、これもまたびっくりしました。
とにかく、お部屋自体が随分年季が入っている感じでした。

價格實惠，含早餐很划算，靠近馬路的隔音欠佳，晚上的救護車及巨大聲機車奔馳聲很擾民。
Pros:

飯店地點超級棒，就在近鐵百貨旁邊從2樓無印良品走很方便，地下一樓也有連通道，但是第一次走會有點小迷路，日本的地下鐵真的太複雜了，走在下面常常很容易迷路，還是平面道路比較有安全感。房間空間大小適合,性價比也不錯，含早餐比較划算，就是有提要求希望能安排安靜點的房間，結果給我們面對大馬路的房間，晚上隔音好差，每天9-12點總是有一堆消防車、救護車呼嘯而過，感覺日本晚上很多狀況，還有一台超級吵的摩托車每天晚上都要來回好幾次，怎麼沒有被開噪音污染罰單呢？嚴重懷疑這台超級吵摩托車應該是外送員，每天晚上好吵～，這是唯一的缺點。
