Fraudulent billing for parking charges
Pros:

Hotel is a good location, nice facilities and breakfast.

Cons:

They will overcharge you for parking. Parking is $10 but they will charge you $20. I raised it twice with the front desk for two separate stays and was assured they would refund the excess charges. This has not occurred yet.

Overcharged for parking. When I addressed with front desk I was assured it would be fixed and it was not. On my next stay I raised it again and it has still not been refunded.
