I want to know why is it a 20.00 hold on your card for a room that you booked.
Pros:

Breakfast was not bad y'all need to start doing gravy and biscuits and the sausage and bacon was really grease. And for the price of the room I expected breakfast would been better than what I had

Cons:

I didn't like to having to pay a 20.00 deposit for a room that I've already had reserved and it didn't say anything about a 20.00 deposit while making my reservations. And then you get there and then you're hit with a 10.00 parking fee. Maybe y'all need to explain this to customers before they book a room.

Fraudulent billing for parking charges
Pros:

Hotel is a good location, nice facilities and breakfast.

Cons:

They will overcharge you for parking. Parking is $10 but they will charge you $20. I raised it twice with the front desk for two separate stays and was assured they would refund the excess charges. This has not occurred yet.
