Great stay
Pros:

During my previous visit, I had the impression that the facility management was somewhat lacking, so I stayed away for a while. However, on this return visit after a long time, all those concerns were completely gone.

I arrived slightly before the official check-in time, but the staff warmly welcomed me and allowed me to check in early. The explanation was delivered clearly and at a comfortable pace.

The room was clean, and when I requested extra slippers, they were delivered incredibly quickly—almost instantly, which was impressive. Later in the evening, I stopped by the front desk to ask a question, and I was greeted with a warm smile the moment our eyes met. It left a very positive impression. It felt genuine and welcoming, rather than a rigid, scripted service. I regret not asking for the staff member’s name. (I had asked about the essential oil at the front desk, and they kindly told me it was lemongrass.)

Small suggestions: the numbers on the TV remote in the room were worn off and difficult to read, so it would be great if that could be replaced. Also, the air purifier made a clicking noise, so I turned it off shortly after arriving.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

World’s best strawberry buffet
Pros:

Great place for couples. Calm and spacious, and the strawberry buffet was such a cute feature. It’s got a number of great menus, and the strawberries were so good that I’ve never had such sweet strawberries anywhere before.

이후 방 탕에서 몸에 초록색 이물질이 묻어서 보니 입욕제 잔여물이었습니다.

위생 관리가 엉망입니다.

Wonderful Stay at Banyan Tree Seoul
Pros:

I had a really great stay at Banyan Tree Seoul.
The Front Desk staff were honestly one of the highlights — every single person I interacted with was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made everything easy from check-in to check-out, and I really appreciated how proactive they were whenever I had a question or needed something.

The jacuzzi in the room was also in excellent condition, very clean and perfectly maintained, which made it incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, thanks to the great service and attention to detail. I’d definitely come back on my next visit to Seoul.

My stay at the Banyan Tree was absolutely amazing.
You’ve got to try the in-room jacuzzi while looking out at the Namsan night view — it’s unforgettable
Everyone on the staff was super friendly and a guy I met in the lobby, maybe lobby ambadsador was really kind and answered all my questions so nicely.
The place just oozes elegance — I was genuinely impressed. I maybe coming back this coming Dec. Catch u all later~ peace out
