במקום נחמד,
הג׳קוזי בחדר כיף.
אין שום דבר מיוחד.

Cons:

החדר לא מתוחזק מאוד, ישן קצת.
ארוחת הבוקר סבירה מינוס.
והבעיה העיקרית זה המחיר היקר יחסית לתמורה.

Pros:

Das Personal war supernett und hat uns auch beim Buchen von Ausflügen geholfen. Das Frühstück war lecker und wir konnten immer wünschen, um welche Uhrzeit wir es gerne hätten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchen könnte. Tolle Aussicht auf den See und in 15min ist man zu Fuss an der Playa Bonita.

Pros:

Mi estadía en el Rochester Bariloche fue excelente. Quiero destacar y agradecer a todo el equipo por la atención impecable en todo momento.
Se portaron de 10 en todos los sentidos, siempre atentos, cordiales y resolutivos. Las instalaciones impecables, la limpieza excelente y el servicio de primer nivel.
Me hicieron sentir realmente muy bien atendido. Un hotel que recomiendo totalmente y al que sin dudas volveré.
¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Front Desk y a todo el personal por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan agradable!

El jacuzzi una bomba y el buen trato de los de recepcion totalmente

Cons:

Lo unicoooo los vidrios del jacuzzi de la 15 que el medio de los 2 cristales es como que estaba sucio y no se llegaba a ver bien el paisaje, los demas de 10.

Cons:

Mala coordinación del pago entre la app y el lugar. Quería ir a relajar y me estreso la mala atención del check in.
Pelos en la habitación, desayuno con alimentos secos/rancios. En la pileta hongos y plantas creciendo en las ranuras. Madera sueltas, vidrios rotos sobre el techo de la piscina.

Confort absoluto, dan ganas de estar todo el día en la habitación.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy bien distribuidos los espacios. Los colchones, almohadas y blanquería nuevo y en perfecto estado. La decoración es hermosa y tiene todo lo que necesitas, tanto en la cocina como en el baño, no necesitas llevar nada, ellos te provee todo. El caudal de agua en la ducha es único y tiene piso radiante en el baño, eso fue excelente. El desayuno muy rico y fueron accesibles con los cambios que pedimos, tienen unos pilotos muy buenos para la lluvia y responden enseguida a todo. Muy atentos y serviciales.

Cons:

Que la piscina no tiene conexión desde las habitaciones, tenes que ir por afuera y llevar todo para cambiarte en el vestuario.

Las habitaciones muy prolijas

Cons:

El desayuno no llegó en hora . En ningún momento preguntaron si queríamos algo diferente . Al no contar con lugar para desayunar creo que sería bueno el preguntar que se quiere y no traer todos los días lo mismo .
Un día no nos dejaron 2 toallas en la habitación y al otro día no me dejaron nada de baño , ( toallones, toallas, sales, jabón líquido , gorra para pelo )
Creo que si no tienen lugar físico para ofrecer desayuno el que traigan tendría que ser muy bueno y están lejos .
