I wanted to book a romantic, secluded hotel in the forest who offers wellness activities and combine a nice Spa experience. It looked perfect online. Now I end up in a 3 block hotels, by the road, full of babies and kids. Not what I was looking for, so be aware.
Now the room, installation and facilities are good. Staff is rude, all of them, except for the lady who did our check-in on Tuesday 24 in the afternoon. She made her feel really welcome, an excellent check-in. Ines in the Spa was really bad toward us, and because of her attitude, and her colleague i did not book any treatments in the Spa, it was demotivating.
F&B is overstaff, and completely untrained, they will not help you with anything.
Food has never been good. From the raw kiwi on the breakfast buffet, to the instant coffee machines (Nescafe) all the ingredients are cheap, and not sure they know how to cook. The buffet is not cheap 38 euros, and you will not get a proper bread rolls or a proper lasagna, so it is a bit sad. Most depressing Club sandwich I have ever had. They recommend good dining spot outside though.
I am writing this review to warn other couples not to be misled by what the hotel advertises, as we were. What you see on the website is not what you get. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

Such a comfortable hotel in the most beautiful location, we have been visiting over the past 10 years and it’s still one of my favourite places to stay in Europe!
Fantastic hotel with great staff the only slight grumble is that as an all inclusive guest I was made to feel a little like a second class citizen within the hotel apart from that we had a great experience
