A melhorar na segurança
Pros:

Tudo desde as refeições que são de uma qualidade superior, a limpeza do espaço as variadas actividades disponíveis no hotel para crianças

Cons:

Não gostei do cheiro intenso a cloro nas piscinas tanto do spa como interior não aguentamos nem 30 min lá dentro com as crianças que inclusive ficaram doentes com aquele cheiro intenso a lixívia não usufruímos por isso das piscinas o que foi uma pena porque era o ponto alto para as crianças e tb deviam supervisionar melhor os elevadores visto que ficamos fechados num que avariou e demoraram cerca de 50 min a socorrer nos . Acho que isso foi mesmo a pior situação que aconteceu porque foi desesperante pq nenhum dos contactos afixados funcionou nem a campainha de emergência e estarmos com crianças nessa situação foi mesmo muito assustador .

Não gostei da politica das bebidas, pede se regime de meia pensão mas as bebidas tem de ser pagas a parte, não faz sentido.
Sei que era um problema com a operadora, mas durante o fim de semana todo não se conseguia ver televisão, porque a imagem ou parava ou desaparecia, a mim não me fez muita falta, mas como viajamos com a minha que já é idosa ela sentiu muito, deveriam de ter alternativa para esta situação.

Gostei de tudo no geral destacando quartos limpos , excelente pequeno almoço e jantar excelente com várias opções .( parabéns ao chefe e sua equipe). Funcionários simpáticos e bom spa .

Acho que para um hotel 5 estrelas faltava funcionários no bar a noite com formação adequada para preparação de bebidas . Funcionárias do bar simpáticas .
