Pros:

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und besonders freundlich.

Cons:

Die Holzterrasse am Außenpool sollte an manchen Stellen repariert werden, da man öfters stolpert.

Pros:

Die Betten waren super bequem, das Zimmer mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet um sich auch selber was zu essen zu machen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausblick ins Grüne und den Sonnenaufgang von unserer grossen Fensterfront gesehen.
Unsere Kinder mochten den Familien pool sehr und war sehr warm. Super für Oktober. Der Aussenpool war sehr kalt. Aber schön zum draussen liegen.
Das Hotel ist sehr gross und besteht aus 3 Gebäuden, die Verbunden sind. Man wird aufs Zimmer begleitet und bekommt die Wege erklärt. Sonst hätten wir es sicher nicht gefunden.
Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt mit kleineren Mängel aber doch guter Preis- Leistung.

Cons:

Es gab viele kleiner Sachen wo das Hotel ein bisschen Liebe gebraucht hätte. Fenster gingen sehr streng, liessen sich nicht richtig abschliessen, Yoga Deck war nicht sehr einladend mit Laub, drin sehr laut beim Frühstück (auf dem Balkon dafür umso schöner mit Ausblick...), Schlafzimmer Türe liess sich nur mit einem lauten krachen schliessen, einige Kratzer und grössere Beschädigungen an Türe und Möbel.

o ginasio tem mais equipamentos avariados do que equipamentos aptos a funcionar. A parte gastronomica deixa muito a desejar, principalmente o buffet. esperavamos mais... relacao preco/qualidade muito má.

Lo que más nos gusto fue el desayuno.
La piscina descubierta bien.
La piscina cubierta bien, pero se deberían de reformar los cuartos de baños.

Lo peor,, lo peor de todo llegar el sábado a tu habitación a las 16.00 horas, comprobar que no estaba limpia y llamar a recepción y que te digan que hasta las 17.00 están limpiando habitaciones, que no te había tocado, ahora te mando a los limpiadores. Llegan a las 16.30 y en 10 minutos listo, de verdad increíble, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El día de salida nos quejamos en recepción e insisten en que hasta las 17.00 ellos están limpiando habitaciones, me parece increíble que un hotel de 5 Estrellas no tenga la habitación de un huésped ya alojado limpia a las 16.00, al final después de dialogar con el señor de recepción, llegamos a la conclusión de que el problema, quizás, es que no hay suficientes personas limpiando las habitaciones, y de hay su retraso. Por cierto el día de llegada no dejaron ni gel de baño ni champú, a las 21.00 tuve que ir a recepción a pedirlo, y al día siguiente cuando me limpian la habitación a partir de las 16.30, terminan y se van sin volver a dejarme gel y champú.
Sinceramente me parece increíble que un hotel de 5 Estrellas no te haya limpiado la habitación a las 16.00.
No volveré a este hotel la experiencia ha sido decepcionante.

Pros:

O quarto e grande e espaçoso a cama confortável.

Cons:

O quarto em si era ótimo, mas ficava de frente para a rua e a estadia foi extremamente barulhenta. A partir das 6h da manhã, o barulho do trânsito era tanto que parecia que os carros estavam a passar dentro do próprio quarto. Impossível descansar. Muito barulho mesmo.
