Beautiful Location, Relaxed Atmosphere and Great Service!
Pros:

Great hotel, spacious, well equipped and stunning location surrounded by nature.
The staff were excellent, friendly, kind and so helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with a varied selection of hot and cold options and great quality and local produce. We will definitely return!

Great base for the local trails
Pros:

Good stay as ever, unground secure parking for bikes was welcome. Lovely large rooms, 2 separate bathrooms, comfy enough large beds, kept super clean, friendly staff. Strange building layout but once you get your head round it its fine.
Was also very please to see you now sell larger bottle of Magners cider in the bar - well done!

Pros:

Gostamos bastante da localização, o pequeno almoço é muito bom e somos sempre muito bem recebidos por toda a equipa. O circuito de spa é muito bom e a massagem também

Cons:

o colchão do nosso quarto era desconfortável, pedimos um topper mas não fez grande diferença.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with great staff. We loved the rooms and the breakfasts and found it a great base to explore the Algarve coastal towns and the Monchique region. Enjoyed a couple of good walks too. You need a car.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel - very friendly and helpful staff, great food, large clean rooms and great spa facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

The suite was gorgeous and the dressing gowns provided a nice touch. The staff were really kind and breakfast was fantastic

Cons:

Although a dishwasher tablet is provided, it would be helpful to have a cloth to wipe the sides down.

The staff were amazing. The food was very good. The room size was amazing. The location was easy to get to and from.

Cons:

Noise heard from other locations in room. Toiletries in room were lacking, but once the reception/ manager were notified, it was resolved.
