De tudo, em especial a atenção dos funcionários no serviço, são fantásticos, fizeram tudo para estaremos confortáveis. O apartamento é grande, as camas são enormes e confortáveis. Limparam o apartamento diariamente. Eu fui com 2 crianças pequenas e os funcionários estavam sempre atentos se precisavam de cadeiras, pratos de plástico etc. Também estou grávida e numa das noites na pizzaria pediram a um chef de outro restaurante para fazer um prato alternativo garantido a segurança alimentar...são pequenos/grandes pormenores em que percebemos que o principal foco é a satisfação do cliente.
Apanhámos dias de chuva, mas a piscina coberta permitiu usufruir do hotel na mesma.
Fomos no regime all inclusive o que resulta muito bem com crianças, tem snacks e fruta no bar disponíveis para o meio da manhã e lanche, e este regime permite ir ao bar sempre que quisermos, seja para buscar uma bebida, água, café ou apenas um leite que as crianças pediram à noite. Recomendo muito e já estou a planear as férias do próximo ano!

Existirem tomadas para carregar os veiculos na garagem e estarem desativadas, lamentavél para um hotel 5 estrelas.
Quando tomavamos banho no quarto, havia condensaçao no quarto.
El trato por parte de todo el personal ha sido inmejorable. Las instalaciones increíbles y muchas opciones para niños y adultos para entretenerte. El buffet maravilloso.
Por ponerle una pega sería que son 3 bloques diferentes y para moverte por allí tienes que coger varios ascensores y pasillos que pueden resultar liosos.

Falta manteniment i neteja de l´hotel, soroll i olors de menjar a l´habitació. Formigues a l´encimera. Distribució de hotel en diferents edificis, caldria haver informat abans.
Da localização calma, junto a Monchique. O quarto era bastante bom (suite com varanda) e o facto de ter 2 casas de banho completas é um plus.
O facto de estar distribuído por 3 blocos tornava a circulação bastante confusa, mesmo com sinalização (pouco clara por vezes). Se não tivéssemos tirado foto na entrada seria ainda mais complicado. Essa parte prejudica um pouco a experiência, pois a troca de elevadores pode ser intensa.
A piscina que se encontra nas imagens é bastante diferente da realidade (o tamanho é muito mais pequeno). Para o tamanho do hotel deveria ter um espaço de piscina exterior maior.

Muito confuso a troca de elevadores para ir entre espaços comuns do hotel.
As crianças adoraram o kids club, os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e profissionais, comer do regime tudo incluído muito bom.
A deslocação dentro do hotel pode ser confusa no primeiro dia, o que é atenuado pela excelente explicação, no dia da receção.
Gostei de tudo apenas um pormenor, tendo em conta o valor do tudo incluído, apenas alguns gelados estão incluídos, penso não haver necessidade de fazer essa distinção.
A huge hotel with very spacious apartments, although it can be a little confusing to find your way around, especially on the first day. Dinner was excellent and of a very high standard, while breakfast was also good. There is plenty of free parking, including an underground garage, and Portimão is only about a 20-minute drive away.
