Estadia boa, áreas comuns confortáveis e espaçosas. Porém bastante cara para o tipo de quarto.

Limpeza e atendimento. Áreas comuns boas, arejadas e amplas.

Cons:

Quarto pouco ventilado, banheiro sem exaustor/ventilação, estrutura do prédio permite muita propagação de barulho. Chegamos em um dia bem quente para os padrões da Patagônia (quase 30º C) e o quarto estava MUITO quente. Tivemos que deichar a janelinha e porta do quarto abertas para tentar melhorar um pouco o "abafamento".

Comfortable estadía, algo alejada del centro.
Pros:

Limpio, linda vista del lago. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Un poco alejado del centro y, aunque esto lo sabíamos, no pensamos que nos iba a costar tanto conseguir taxi.

Great hotel with unusual bed set up
Pros:

Overall the hotel was very nice. The common area and breakfast room was clean and tidy. The views are also really great!
The breakfast was very good with lots of options. You can also purchase a packed lunch for your activities.

Cons:

Our room was a decent size but we had a gigantic bed (2 double beds put together) that took up all the space. We barely had any space to open suitcases or move around.

Lovely hotel but a bit distant from town
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel an easy walk from the lakeside. Staff were helpful and the room was very nice. However it is quite distant from the the town and the shuttle bus is not very helpful - only starting in the afternoon and finishing early - so unless you have transport or hire a taxi you may be stuck in the hotel on an evening. Since the food was good this was not a problem for me. It is well worth visiting the Lago Nimez nature reserve the other side of town to see many birds. It is 90 minutes walk along the lakeside which would have been pleasant but for the very high winds which made it uncomfortable. I was told autumn is less windy .

Pros:

Hotel moderno e ben posizionato. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato presso l’hotel, ottimo servizio e piatti deliziosi. Colazione abbondante e varia. Che dire ci tornerei subito!

Very nice!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and clean , the breakfast is very good they have multiple selections of food, the shuttle bus service it’s a plus . We use it several times and they are always on time , receptionist we’re all very attentive, I love the fact that they use WhatsApp for any questions or concerns , staff for the restaurant are very nice and kind, we recommend this hotel .

Pros:

Muito bom hotel. Café bem servido.
Check-in e check-out super prático.
A funcionária Cecília extremamente simpática.

Cons:

Como de costume em reserva na Argentina não foi descontado o IVA
Reclamei mas fica o dito pelo não dito. Mas o hotel é bom e nos deram um quarto de frente pro lago que adoramos.
Longe do centro mas estávamos de carro e não foi problema. Como os pontos turísticos são longe, vale a pena alugar um carro.
