extreme budget hotel
Pros:

Good for 1 night, 2 nights maximum. Close to the airport.

Cons:

Thinnest walls on earth, people screaming and banging the walls at midnight, smoking pot that wafted into our room. Wasn’t told they cleaned rooms every second day so had to go to reception to ask for clean towels. Shower head was hanging on by a thread and shot water into the ceiling so had to use the hand held shower for 3 days which was awesome…. not

Pros:

I really liked the location of the Hotel, because by walk in less than 2 minutes you are close to new M4 for Linate Airport in 3/2 stops. Even by walk you can reach the nearest Train station "Forlanini" . The staff professional, friendly, welcoming, always ready to help for alla your needs..... I surely come back again.

Cons:

Nothing in particular... I have appreciated everything. Maybe if I have a suggestion, focus on the cleaning of the rooms. But I can't complain for a 3 star hotel. . So thanks.

Hemos ido con nuestro hijo de 6 años, y tenía un montón de espacio verde para correr, saltar y jugar. Bien comunicado con el tram número 5 para llegar al centro de la Ciudad y a Milano station 🚉 Repetiremos seguro!

Note positive del soggiorno: la possibilità di soggiornare con animali (a pagamento) e il parcheggio (sempre a pagamento). Personale notturno molto gentile a differenza di quello diurno. Ottima cosa anche la pulizia giornaliera della camera. Letti comodi. Ottima posizione

Cons:

Gestione del parcheggio pessima, abbiamo avuto problemi all’arrivo. Personale diurno scortese e che non voleva aiutarci a risolvere il problema del parcheggio. Livelli di pulizia, nonostante venissero fatti ogni giorno, da migliorare: tanta polvere ovunque. Mobili molto vecchi. Troppo caro.

Luckily, it was only a temporary solution for two days. A place with enormous potential to improve.
Pros:

The Location is close the metro station and a nice park. Easy to move around.

Cons:

The rooms have some very poor fournitures, some broken, and you can see many things being adapt it (eletrical heater in the toilet).
If they make an partnership with any interior desing college they can easy do a much better job, from the layout of the rooms to even buying second hand fournitures.

I have to change the room in the mifddle of the night because the central heater was not working properly.
